@cogecohelps @cogeco Hardly doubt someone would've think this was planned. If so, it would have been the worst time ever. But with the quality of your usual service It wouldn't be a total surprise honestly.

@MailJunky @cogeco It’s a dns server/resolver issue. The dns is what directs you to the correct website, so the internet works, just u don’t get directed anywhere. You can use cloud fare dns to get around it

@jdeq Sadly it’s not just cogeco. Rural internet has been awful - it’s not able to handle the capacity required to have synchronous learning. Then factor in having 2 young kids who need computer assistance to even work the computer and then it cuts out - it’s been a nightmare here.

@SteveA43400606 @cogeco Their support portal should not exist on their service infrastructure for exactly this reason. E.g., When my cloud provider goes down I can still access their technical support because they've separated these concerns.

@cogecohelps @cogeco This is a joke right. You guys come to our house at least once a month sometimes more fiddle around with some wires assure us the problem is not between the pole and the house every single time. But the problem never ever gets fixed. My next complaint with CRTC has been made.
