    As usual @cogeco is having an hours long outage affecting all services. As usual call us back when our crap service resumes to be inconvenienced again to get a credit. How can your service possibly be this bad.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco is it your policy to request payment for service even after debt is settled? I’m genuinely confused why I need to pay more money to obtain service after past debt was settled. I have the signed letter showing settlement. No agent can seem to provide me proof!

    @cogeco Please change your hold music, people with sensory issues can not listen to that especially waiting on hold for 30 mins or more
