    @cogeco must be getting desperate because they're sending shady reps door to door to sell Internet. This is the second time now. Visible ID and a nicer demeanor would help. I don't need to be insulted after I ask the rep to leave *three* times. #ThoughtItWasABurglarInTheHood

    @cogecohelps my A/C# 50010985625 and my internet service is down for the last 9 hours. I have contacted Technical Help line and they say that the problem can only be fixed via COGECO Visit. The earliest date given is Jan 5th. This is pathetic customer service since we work online

    Day 10 , more lies and mis truths from Cogeco . The issue may be resolved on Tuesday . Please be very careful if you are considering using Cogeco services , the customer service is awful and there is no communication (when they do communicate they lie ) @CTVNews

    @PaulChato @cogeco I had a similar problem years ago. Same solution. Am on anti spam CRTC fed list, no effect. Use only cell phones now. 🙄

    @cogeco @cogecohelps still no internet access in Crystal Beach , Cogeco unwilling to provide any update / status or timeline. The level of service is terrible and frankly unacceptable !!!!!
