    Another garbage morning of superb service in Oakville from @cogecohelps Service since May 26th has been on and off. This morning another total outage, the 4th one in the past 5 days. Cogeco this is getting beyond absurd.

    @takedanger Hi Ted, as our vendor (Cogeco) currently has an outage in your area that would impact our cable customers as well. We will get our Outage Map updated to reflect it. They are currently working to resolve the problem ASAP and get everyone back online. -am

    @cogecohelps I work from home and am required to be online for meetings, but your net doesn't work. It's been out for two days now. You said you fixed it when I called, but it worked for a whole ten minutes. Resetting doesn't work. Cogeco I'm Sick of losing internet connection.

    @cogecohelps Weird. Our next door neighbours are on Cogeco and have had service all day. Just got off the phone with a technician and he said it’s out in the area. What gives?

    Been without internet for 4 days and @cogeco @cogecohelps tech support said “they called” prior to arrival that was booked but canceled because we didn’t answer. We were home! Give me best alt. Niagara sevices for a house full of online streamers! #Pleaseretweet #Cogeco #dobetter

    I've called cogeco everyday for like the past month and today was the first time I had someone competent on tech support nice!

    @McMasterUTS is advising of an outage with the Cogeco network switch that is causing loss of connectivity with some of @McMasterU remote sites. Sites impacted: 96, 106 and 88 Forsyth, and Canadian Martyrs school. Cogeco is working to resolve the issue. Will update once resolved.
