@Daniel75124110 @KeeganB63977789 @cogeco I was thinking about switching to the 1 Gig plan in hopes of better service. I upgraded to the 360 package in hopes I'd have better service, especially in meetings. I still can't use voice because I cut out. I end up having to call use my mobile network for voice

@Gogomusicgo @Carminevittori5 @cogeco I do. We are doing other activities. Freaking out isn't going to solve the issue. Many people are affected for various reasons, but we aren't in control of this situation. It happens. It'll get fixed and we can all carry on.

If you're having problems with Cogeco internet this morning, it's a DNS problem. If you know how, log into your router and add another DNS server to your configuration (eg. 8.8.8.8 or 208.67.222.222). That should solve the problem.

@KeeganB63977789 @cogeco Not a Karen. A Nadine and yes I'm frustrated because I work from home. Come on @cogeco . I pay $100s / month for your service. I hope this isn't because kids are online now. Should've built capacity and bandwidth into the system to manage this...
