@outagedetect Easy money eh Cogeco. Charge an arm and a leg and not one of your services work. Smelling refund or I'm out. Customer service stinks on hold for hrs. Don't you know not to send people to bed angry.

@draglikepull If I'm in a line of sight roughly perpendicular to a wall, I can get about 10m into my yard. Wouldn't try streaming video unless within 3m though. But any angle past about 30* and concrete basement wall kills signal. Modem in basement bc Cogeco won't lay cable To new rooms.

@cogecohelps Hey Cogeco. How come my Internet is going down every night around midnight? Last night it was out for 3 hours. It’s been out an hour now. I really don’t feel like calling in at this late hour. Thought last night was a fluke. 2 nights in a row? I’ve rebooted the router. No luck.

@cogeco your service is terrible. Your tech disconnected my service while working on a neighbours house... Heading in to day 2 waiting for repair. Makes online school quite a challenge. Guess it’s time to call @bell.

@cogecohelps @cogeco getting really frustrated with intermittent service every single night. Despite several attempts at contacting customer service and being brushed off every time as "noisy" lines. We've lost internet 8 times in 3 hours alone.
