@cogecohelps despite an earlier heads up Star Trek Discovery did not record. It was set up as a series record and it never ever tapes. Ever. Ridiculous again from Cogeco.

@cogeco You guys are alright. I sat down and smoked a fat session with one of your door to door reps last year, as he and his trainee seemed to be having a rough day. I already had Cogeco, but they were friendly, witty and didn't bogart the ****. 10/10 service. 1/2

@cogecohelps We were told if you had a bad credit rating or you were a risk of stealing the box they would sell it to you..This came from a customer service representative at one of your cogeco stores.. Hmmmm. Can you clarify this??

Wow is @cogeco ever a shitty company. Been waiting for close to 3 hours for the Tyson fight I paid 50 dollars for to come on. NOTHIN. What’s the deal? Customer service has no clue what’s going on either.

@cogeco Back around April the internet would disconnect at 7pm on the button for 2 minutes every single day for months, it stopped before my brother got around to sending a ticket. It's happening again now for about the last 2 weeks. I see someone else had this problem in April
