@cogecohelps It is utterly stupid. Your internet is down so you can't look it up. You give your pin an address with postal code. It is the most ridiculous policy I have ever experienced. By the way, I have called you five times and still have the same problem. I am at my limit with Cogeco.

yup..I called it..landlord sueing Cogeco for drilling that small hole w/o consent..what a total pos this guy is!! hope L&TB takes this b.s into consideration of what a total ******* he is!!

The most infuriating thing about @cogeco's EPICO service-- or, more accurately, its device-- is that it CONSTANTLY keeps not just dropping its internet connection but randomly and inexplicably (and often!) "disabling" it with no discernible way to fix it. It's a clusterf*ck.

@cogecohelps I'm curious if I couldn't go exchange my modem for a replacement at the Cogeco store and try to isolate the problem. No wifi really sucks
