    @tigerzluvpepper Ours is down in the west end. Apparently Cogeco is having a provincial issue with many reporting outages across Ontario. Impossible to get through in the phone. They are working on it apparently.

    @cogecohelps Rented it through google but would have preferred big screen sound and vision. Does cogeco vod support 4k or does that require additional services.

    @cogeco As a temporary fix, hardcode 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4 as your DNS servers until Cogeco fixes the issue on their end.
