@carrytelca contacted @cogeco and a tech will be here on WEDNESDAY. That's 5 days without internet including 3 business days. I'm not even angry anymore. I'm at the point of not caring. I'm tired of talking to tier 1 techs and rebooting my modem when it's clearly not the problem.

@FairplayDesigns Cogeco is the same ! You need to call them, then they thank you for being their loyal customer for 30 years, BUT, they can't call you up and offer some great deal! You are forced to beg !

@cogeco My internet service was cut Apr.14 when neighbour dug fence post. Apr.17 service tech visited, could not repair-put in req. for maintenance. I was just told “5-10 days to get to you”. 5 days no service (so far - could be over 2 weeks). RIDICULOUS. Anyone care?

@cogecohelps My email hasn’t updated since 1:30pm this afternoon. That’s a long time to be down and it sounds like cogeco has just become aware of it. I hope emails aren’t lost like has previously happened

@cogeco I’ve had your EPICO service now for a month. Multiple times throughout the day all internet and tv goes down. Often for only a couple minutes but let’s be clear this is a major issue. Tired of hearing my kids and wife let me know every time it happens daily.!
