    @cogecohelps @cogeco yes i have speeds are also 1/3rd then what they are suppose to be. If I use your DNS then it just keeps dropping using the google DNS for a workaround to get on and talked to others they having issues as well heads up :)

    @mjwheelerali @cogeco @cogecohelps Same problem here. Three times today the wifi hiccuped. Very stressful when you are responsible for supervising kids online. This never happened in the spring. What is different now I wonder?

    @cogeco The service lately is absolutely horrendous. I don’t understand how I’m supposed to do anything at all when it doesn’t work half the time. Unbelievable I’m paying this much for this.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco are you going to fix reliability issues with your highest speed and expensive plan or should I move out...It's been 1.5 months (new customer) and looks like would soon be ex-customer as your technical team just want to play blame game on modem/my devices 😡
