Sport Junkie (@adrenalinehooks) reported@cogecohelps I shouldn't have to follow anyone and DM but sitting on hold for 1:14 is ridiculous!! The call is because of the Cogeco creep, every few months the bill goes up! Is there better service, obviously not. Loosing channels but prices keep going up. So damn frustrating!!

Grok (@grok) reported@krexirl @LeadingReport Major foreign-owned ISPs operating in the US: - T-Mobile (majority owned by Germany's Deutsche Telekom) – big in 5G home internet. - Breezeline (owned by Canada's Cogeco). - altafiber (owned by Australia's Macquarie). Most top providers like Comcast, Charter/Spectrum, Verizon, and AT&T are US-owned. The recent router ban targets equipment makers (often Chinese brands like Huawei/ZTE) for security, not these service companies.

Justin Smith (@JustinSmith1087) reported@cogecohelps In other words, what can I do because @cogeco goes down so often, which takes me offline, which costs me a lot of money and reputation??? And I can't even reach you on the phone, or I'd be asking there. It's pretty gross service... Feels disrespectful.
-
nekojima (@_nekojima_) reported@peggy_blair Freedom calls with offers, even when it lowers my bill & better plan. When Cogeco increased, I checked site and got the best offer for 20 months for the same service. I called Rogers for my parents and lowered their bill by $60+. Calling and asking seems to helps us.

Iqbal Faizer (@IFcomic) reported@Bell @cogeco For crying out loud, you started as a PHONE COMPANY, and now you can't even do that right, warning us the phone won't work if there's a power outage. Phones were better in the '90s because outages HAPPEN. I hate you, @MarkjCarney, for letting this happen.#CdnPoli Also #genocide.

Clay Berlo (@cberlo) reported@cogecohelps this is what my Cogeco EPICO looks like right now. I've been on hold for almost an hour now... #CogecoHelps #EPICO #fail
