I paid for an upgrade that isn't accessible. Very very poor service. I never thought a company could be as bad as Bell but guess what...

@cogeco I had them once only it was just tv then it was always down and no one ever answers the phone so I put up with it till I would not put up with it any more😡

@nfitz1 It’s just a couple channels now, and they were working just fine up until yesterday evening. Then everything went haywire. I’ve had Cogeco for less than 3 weeks, and this is already the 3rd full or partial loss of service in that time. Not impressed.

@cogeco no internet again for the second time in 3 days. I literally just signed up with cogeco not 3 months ago and uts been nothing but constant outages. Believe me when I tell you we will not be renewing our service with you.
