    @cogeco get an email saying we have given you better internet at no extra cost. It’s just as ****** as before and when you call you get the same answer. Nothing wrong with modem or signal. Never get help call all the to@e and nothing.

    @cogeco. Outage in Dundas. Getting soooo tired of outages for the money we’re paying and you’re increasing our bill in September??? For what? Not consistent good service which is what we’re paying for. Looking hard at other providers.

    @cogecohelps Thanks, but I've gone thru all of this before only to have the same thing happen all over again. It's the underground lines here and cogeco just ignores it! My entire street has constant issues.

    @cogecohelps Thanks, I would like cogeco to come out to investigate it. Too many problems for too long. Be nice to get it rectified finally.

    @cogecohelps We are fed up with the daily throttling of our internet "service"! As soon as we can, we will be gone to another ISP, never to return to Cogeco.
