    @cogecohelps Cogeco doesn’t provide every spring training because many aren’t televised. However, since spring training has started I’m wondering when games will be available. It’s part of the package that I’m paying for. It may seem trivial but this sort of thing is a consistent problem. Thx

    @cogeco It’s now Tuesday and it’s still not updated on any of our devices. In this day and age - seems weird that Cogeco hasn’t prepared for daylight savings time. Is there an actual fix coming for this?

    @cogeco WTF,,,,,you cant fix a simple problem as this and you charge $90/month x 12 per customer.......surely you can hire somebody with some brains

    @cogecohelps @parentdaniel Our living room television service has been fully restored, but one of the upstairs televisions only receives two channels. My wife will be calling tech support later, though I doubt she's looking forward to a loop of Phil Collins's hits in Muzak form again... #Cogeco
