At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

I spoke with CS this morning because Bell has run fibre on my street and offered me 1GB internet for $74.95. Cogeco would not match. I’d prefer to stay with Cogeco. I’ve never had a service issue. But….

Chris C. (@mad4erit) reportedGood evening @cogeco the Plex app on EPICO continues to be a problem. The first play after restarting the box works fine, but any inactivity causes subsequent plays to fail. The only fix is restart the box. All other Plex clients are fine.
