While it sucks for all those working from home, I can't believe some of the huffing and puffing by people demanding compensation from @Cogeco. Seriously, folks, it's because of an accident that's out of their hands. Many thanks to the service team working to get us back online.

@cogeco Thank you 🙏 I use Cogeco internet and enjoy your service. Otherwise I don’t get why Cogeco contractors hang the cable lines everywhere like spider webs. Dynes road is an example of this type of Cogeco handy work.

@cogeco I speak to them about 4 times a week and every weekend it just goes on and on...the service is consistently awful. My neighbors all think the same too, we think it’s something in the road.

@cogeco Hi Karen, following up with this- quite literally every day for the past week at around 9:15-930 I have lost internet service for approximately one hour until the situation seemingly resolves itself. This is quite unusual. Is there network maintenance going on or something?

@cogeco My internet service was cut Apr.14 when neighbour dug fence post. Apr.17 service tech visited, could not repair-put in req. for maintenance. I was just told “5-10 days to get to you”. 5 days no service (so far - could be over 2 weeks). RIDICULOUS. Anyone care?
