@cogeco @cogecohelps took the time to call Cogeco to say a fallen tree was going to tear their line down...they told ME to call the city...I think I will just let the tree rip the line down..my day off..

@cogeco Yeah pretty much went back up after I sent the message. There was an outage map I saw that showed it all down or flickering so that was where I got that info from but it's good now.

@Bell I’m new costumer I’ve been waiting a week for cable & wifi installation. contacted costumer service and what I got as a answer was “if you are not happy you can cancel you order” i will and go back with cogeco at least they’re nice ppl thanks !

@cogeco I already called in earlier and the lady I spoke to said she would be back to me in 5 mins that was several hours ago now. I had the engineer here yesterday and another one last week. We can just go on and on, it’s something outside my house. Down to you sorry

@cogeco To be honest with you I have reached out to them for several years now, there are lots of businesses around here and the demand must be greater than the supply the service is poor and it’s up to you to fix it. I’m the customer I would prefer you take it up on my behalf

Had 2 modems, 2 extenders and 18 service calls. I don’t live in a cinder block house and am dead centre in the city. No excuse. Can’t wait 4 Bell!

@cogeco The issue appears to be related to DNS servers - if you set your DNS servers to Google's Public DNS your service may work. DNS server: 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4
