    Cogeco dropping TSN Go is a minor thing but it bugs me. Researching internet options ... 2 blocks away from my house - in a new development - Bell offers 1.5 Gbps fiber service. Here, Bell only offers 50 Mbps. Grrr.

    @cogecohelps "vs. the few that actually use it" sort of describes 90% of the channels I currently get on my Cogeco package and never watch. Am already paying for both high speed Internet, and TSN; I'm disappointed you can't make this work.

    @moi1975 No we have TekSavvy for internet. It was Cogeco that we were with that caused us to be down for 2 months and never got resolved so we left all services with Cogeco.

    @JohnFurrToronto @cogeco @BellFibe Yes it’s interesting because when you go to the CTV app it will allow you to sign in with every other cable company in the country except Cogeco. Suggest a certain amount of contempt for their customers imho 😐

    @JohnFurrToronto @cogeco @BellFibe A friend of mine knows someone I’m not sure what the company is but the thing about Cogeco I hate is that they’re charging cable prices but they’re streaming service is terrible with hardly anything available. And if you live in lower Hamilton you can’t get Bell or Rogers

    @SarahTreadaway @cogecohelps Had the same response from my modem issue! Same three lights on! Tech can’t help, they tried three times to fix and to no success. Earliest Tech available from Cogeco is Jan 10th! 9 days, REALLY! That’s the earliest available! It’s time to cancel my service!

    @cogecohelps main #tivo box will let me watch tv and recorded shows, but that’s the only functionality in my whole home package of services. but, again, no internet which is a major issue, as i don’t have unlimited data on my phone. #Cogeco #Internet #tv #HamOnt

    @Keyte17 @cogeco Cogeco has put me on hold for over an hour 3 or 4 times. They simply do not see it as a priority to answer to their clients. I cancelled my service. Apparently they feel having the recording of “Longer than expected call volumes” washes their hands clean of any customer support.

    @cogecohelps That is an awful answer. I have a TiVo box that doesn’t allow out of home streaming, I subscribe to channels that you don’t allow me to stream. I used to be able to stream TSN, now Cogeco has removed that option, I don’t recall seeing my bill reflect this reduction in sercvice

    cogeco is slow in windsor don't ever get @cogeco internet it sucks and i am going to switch to MNSi as soon as possible because you guys just tell me to reboot my router every time like its my issue when the upload speeds randomly go down my 1000%

    So disappointed in the service from @cogecohelps @cogeco Called for support for a slow connection and their fix resulted in Internet now not working at all. Solution is to send a tech next week for a problem their online support caused. Definitely looking for a new provider.

    @cogecohelps just had the worst and best customer service ever within a 20 minute period. I won't spend time on George who just doesn't care. Ashley on the other hand was absolutely amazing at bringing me back to calmness. Ashley (948) made me fall in love with cogeco again. Thx.
