@Execulink @cogecohelps @cogeco My biggest question is why Execulink relies on Cogeco owned lines? 2nd question is why Cogeco doesn't inform Execulink when there is a service outage? @cogeco Hi Jodi! We’ve reset the modem and spoke with customer support yesterday for 30 minutes and they couldn’t fix it, so a repair person is supposed to be coming by today!

@cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!
