But the crazy thing is that this new modem is known to have problems and yet they still sell and install them!

I’ve been sitting home waiting again. Hours have been wasted on this this week. And no internet since Tuesday.

I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. Agent was clueless and useless

We canceled our bell non service and went with Cogeco only to have bell call Cogeco and cancel our hook up with them!!!

Carnelian Duggan (@Dubhagan) reportedI had them for home phone when I first lived on my own mid-00s, but switched to Cogeco when they added that service, then finally ditching it when I finally got a cell phone. Always been with Cogeco for cable and internet, and Koodo for cell phone.
