    I couldn't resist. Checked @cogeco again at 8:31 am. It says the outage will be resolved at 9:31 am. It's good to know they are making progress.

    @cogecohelps @KiloAlpha11 I mean sure, but since a couple other ISPs are fine, and 40-65% of the city has power - fair to ask why Rogers doesn't have to wait on an update from (a non-existant) entity called Peterborough Hydro, but Cogeco does, no?     @cogeco This is ridiculous! Have had power since Saturday! Still no internet and cable for L7G! What are you even doing? You guys are a joke. Bell fibe service has been virtually uninterrupted. Will be switching asap.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I've got some bad news for you guys, if your ONLY tech support answer is "have you restarted the modem?" when I've VERY ******* CLEARLY RESTARTED THE MODEM FOUR THOUSAND TIMES FROM THE 8000000 TIMES YOU'VE OFFERED IT AS YOUR ONLY RESPONSE that clearly is not the answer :).

    Just got a power ETA for east city of Wednesday night 11 pm. Glad we have the baby generator but waiting for Cogeco or Bell service. #ptbo

    @PVNCCDSB Rogers and Cogeco service is out in many areas. Many people will not be able to access any information regarding school closures.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Totally! Another great feature would be to not text us everyday when your service is down while simultaneously sending invoices for that service.

    Not impressed w/ @cogeco. I get that there are a ton of service calls but don’t BS me that our service has been restored and it MUST be a problem w/ my house specifically when there are still downed lines lying all over my neighbours yards. A-holes.
