    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogeco I have been trying to cancel my service and I have tried to call for over two weeks and a rep ends up transferring me to an extension nobody picks! Seems like I am forced to keep a service. I just got a bill asking me to pay when I already returned the modem. Kindly fix

    @cogecohelps It’s all fixed now, but it’s generally a pita. Why shouldn’t I go to Rogers or Bell? I had a Cogeco door knocker talk me into $110 a month and now it’s turned into $150 a month. I feel I got scammed.. why don’t we have NHL network? So many reasons to change providers atm

    @cogecohelps At Cogeco Eastgate Hamilton. Waiting 40 mins for service. One single clerk to serve customers. Poor service!!!

    Months later and @cogeco still can't figure out its issues with @CNBC . Regular blue screen of "technical difficulties."
