    @cogecohelps I've been on hold forever...my shop is currently unable to process money which is sorta important and nobody is answering the phone at Cogeco business tech...are we down?

    @AlfredShamaon @cogeco It wouldn't be such an issue if Cogeco would report an outage since obviously there is no. If you look on their sites it still says no outage.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco @Bell I don’t understand how it is that you can’t send a technician to fix their mistake. I realize mistakes happen but what shows your ability to serve your customers is how you fix your mistakes.

    Another garbage morning of superb service in Oakville from @cogecohelps Service since May 26th has been on and off. This morning another total outage. Cogeco this is getting beyond absurd.
