@cogecohelps @cogeco it is not an issue with my acct, it is an issue with your service. so how about u contact your tech team and figure it out 👍🏼

  • Bill_GoIrish Bill B (@Bill_GoIrish) reported

@Distributel Called that line Wed - waited 25 minutes to get no answer, and told to wait 24-48 hours for supervisor call back. I stomached the poor service quality this summer since I know you are resellers, and the technical issue was cogeco's. Billing issue is all you. Very disappointed.

@cogecohelps hi how much notice is required to cancel Internet services & close Cogeco account?

  • joelwatts joelwatts (@joelwatts) reported

@cogecohelps there seems to be pretty choppy audio coming from the @weathernetwork in Lindsay. No other channels have this issue. Both HD and SD channels seem to have this issue. @cogeco thoughts?

  • deadsquid kev (@deadsquid) reported

@mike_conley yeah, but that's just for the connection to TS's transit, which is very different from Rogers. we use Cogeco and SN is always terrible. When I worked at Bell they did **** like that to show a "competitive advantage". Almost willing to bet they just don't care about non-Rogers ISP

  • My2centsSarnia My2cents (@My2centsSarnia) reported

@cogeco I use to complain about TiVO, however after having Epico for 6 months, oh how I miss TiVO. Epico service is horrible even on 1 Gbps internet. Forget about fast forwarding or rewinding during a recording, crashes the entire system.

@cath22cath @Qualifyfor This is good to know. My mom lives in Lasalle and absolutely hates Cogeco and when I come down to see her, I’m going to contact them. She’s 80 and her Cogeco bill is well north of $200 a month which is ridiculous

  • cath22cath stormy. End Inequality+poverty! Vaccinated x2! (@cath22cath) reported

@Qualifyfor We pay 90.00 for the phone and High-Speed fiber internet with MNSI...Windsor. I've tried bell, cogeco etc and MNSI is the best! Also, customer service and the "Tec" people are excellent.

  • urmydream1 Nicole (@urmydream1) reported

If Cogeco could get their **** together and fix the connection in my area that'd be great. Unless they don't mind paying for my data bill.

  • theloudlady Catherine Hernandez (@theloudlady) reported

We have to invest in an unlimited mobile hotspot for now while we wait for our Starlink satellite service for later this year. I have tried execulink, vmedia, kwic, storm, xplornet, kos, Rogers, Bell, Teksavvy, Cogeco.
