    @cogeco we have had pretty much no internet for the most two months. have called cogeco numerous times. Changed modems. Paid network specialist’s to come to the house and we still have no internet. Same with others on our street. Yet cogeco does nothing and offers nothing.

    @MamaStyles77 @cogeco @cogecohelps Steven, Sandra or whoever is on right now, help Member get her service or funds restored. She could not make calls during hospital trip this week. That is concerning. Do better.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Do you think people have no jobs, that your accounting dept closes at 5PM ? How is some one who has to work during the day, supposed to get help ? How am I supposed to pay my Mobile bill or setup payment, when your online portal doesn't have this option ?
