    Dear @cogeco if you could kindly stop your DVR‘s from wiping all info and settings from it once a month, that be great. Happened with my old one. Just got a new DVR, less than three weeks ago and it was wiped today at 12:30. I actually saw when the signal was sent to the box. Wtf

    @cogecohelps Thanks, but I've gone thru all of this before only to have the same thing happen all over again. It's the underground lines here and cogeco just ignores it! My entire street has constant issues.

    @cogeco get an email saying we have given you better internet at no extra cost. It’s just as ****** as before and when you call you get the same answer. Nothing wrong with modem or signal. Never get help call all the to@e and nothing.

    @cogeco got notification through email that rates are going up … your service is not that good to be increasing rates I think it’s time to seek out a new provider #no #cogecoisnotthatgood
