@cogecohelps @m_e_f1 The estimated time service is going to be restored is later than 2:30pm??!! This is ridiculous. There are people working from home that pay a lot of money for cogeco b/c it's the only provider. It's time to end the telecom oligopoly in this country.

Approaching 7 days without home internet. 5 phone calls to @Bell_Support, 3 service calls with another one scheduled. @cogeco coming now tomorrow. Whoever gets it working first gets my business. #Gongshow

@featherbear15 Actually, this company has its **** together, they don't give you a router modem combo, they give you a wireless router, and a separate modem. Problem is, they use Cogeco's lines, so any issues that deal with cables they have to go through the lizards. Nothing's in bridge mode.,

Today is a continuation of Thursday. Thursday sucked rotten eggs. Friday not much better. I came in 2 hrs early to fight with fax machine. Can send not receive. Bell-not their issue. Cogeco-says they fixed it. NOT. Interlink-not their issue. WTF! Called company. Waiting on tec.

@Denoxium @cogeco Same here! Full day outages too. Except today tech support says they are aware but unsure why they decided not to post it on outage portal. Never have I seen such terrible service. We are talkin full day outages.
