@AureliaCotta @RogersHelps @FreedomMobile Yup. That’s how service works these days. Badly. But eventually everyone comes to despise their ‘provider’. Cogeco & Bell. I hate them equally.

Tonight is a historic night: @cogecohelps has gone from a persistent joke… to a dismal failure. If you’re a Cogeco customer reading this in Burlington, Ontario 🇨🇦 (or any of their service areas) please seriously consider switching to @TekSavvyBuzz ASAP. They totally rock!

@CanadianUkrain1 Umm… a VPN would never show a host as a residential ISP like Cogeco. Cogeco isn’t in the business of providing VPN hosting. It would show the name and IP of whatever server farm the VPN contracted in that country. Whoever clicked that link was using their unprotected IP.

Cogeco has to be the worst internet provider in the world. How is 7-10 days acceptable to be without internet????? 3rd time this has happened, yet they’re still taking my money. Is Bell any better? @cogecohelps @Bell_Support

Rogers: “The Commissioner fails to consider the impact of entrants and reduced barriers to entry and expansion resulting from the CRTC’s MVNO Policy. “ The MVNO policy is designed to prevent new entrants. (Though Cogeco may be able to offer temporary service in limited areas.

@cogeco your response times to outages are horrendous. I've been without stable internet in Milton since last week and can't have someone come check the issue until Thursday. Very disappointing.
