    @amber122185 @w8cjs @cogeco I actually preferred Rogers, and there is much worse. Bell is pure garbage. They charge out the *** for really ****** service, and they conveniently forgot to tell us that our Internet wasn’t actually unlimited. Imagine our surprise when we got the bill.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Really? This is your response? Do you think it is responsible to ask people to get in line at the Post office to return a broken tv converter? Do yeah think you may just want to wait until the LOCKDOWN is over??? WTF

    @cogeco The customer service Representatives at Cogeco seem unable to resolve the issue I’ve been having with my WiFi intermittently disconnecting every few minutes and making FaceTimes cut in and out

    @cogecohelps experiencing an outage in Kingsville, ON, N9Y2E4. Tried resetting modem with no luck. Didn’t see any notice on Cogeco site that the area is experiencing an outage.

    Hey @cogeco. Thanks for charging me $350 because I didn't return your broken tv converter. I guess you didn't get the memo but we are in a lockdown due to a thing called COVID 19 and everyone is trying to stay home unless it is important. Tone deaf losers!
