Cogeco cut off service at Christmas because I had nowhere to pay my bill that wouldn't cost me money. Closed local office. No arrear

    Hey @Cogeco Just got a phone call from someone at a call center offering a $110 promo package. This is a business and we ALREADY use Cogeco for all our services. I told him we are a customer, he immediately hung up. If he is legit, you need to talk to that company. If not, yikes

    Major Internet outage at @cogeco which is affecting CarryTel (my ISP). I can't even control my robot vacuum right now. IOT sucks when there's no I. #FirstWorldProblems

    @cogecohelps More than happy to keep this public. Phone support said the best they can do is send someone on March 3rd at 5pm. The outage was recorded by Cogeco at 12:03am March 1st, it’s now 10:30. Make it make sense? Two outages in two days? Be better
