@DanielAshley13 @Anythingpork When viewers stop watching due to cost, the will be retweaking packages, lost their oldest customers because loyalty means nothing to them. I know. @cogecohelps @cogeco @CogecoBusiness Hi, it turned out that the guy I got, who I could barely understand, was a residential customer guy and he didn't ask me if I was a business customer until well after 12 minutes. I eventually got someone useful.

@cogeco Called for a service upgrade and got service called instead - excellent customer service - what a joke
