I have contacted Technical Help line and they say that the problem can only be fixed via COGECO Visit. The earliest date given is Jan 5th. This is pathetic customer service since we work online

Telus coverage is brutal by the border and Cogeco can't seem to get a tech out. A lot of $$ to put out every month to not have services when you need them
