    @cogeco I cancelled my internet service after my contract ended, yet you charged me a $75 early cancellation fee in violation of CRTC rules. I emailed you, but you ignored me. Is this how you treat your customers?

    @cogeco You really affected work from home people. Also - your customer service call centre is awful. Can’t get a hold of anyone.

    @cogecohelps We have had very bad and sometimes no internet for the last month or more. Multiple calls to cogeco. We were told to change out the modem. We did that. Followed all cogeco instructions. Others on our street have had the same problems.
