    @cogecohelps @cogeco I was trying to reach the customer retention department. I was on hold for 44:01 and hung up.. Can't disconnect or resolve an issue if you can't get through is my point...

    @PromisedLibrary this was happening to me woth our isp Cogeco, till the line went dead, they still had to gull to tell us, "just restart your modem, that will fix it" no we had to have a 3rd party support come out and replace the line from the pole to our house, been great since

    @cogeco Words can't describe the disappointment I have with this company. Annual issue with their 1G fiber package, same experience where internet is down for 5 days; a technician will come and confirm no problems at home and will open back end ticket to resolve in another 3 days

    Another day, another fail by Cogeco with their ‘Ultrafast’ internet. Still buffers after resending signal, getting boosters and them ‘tweaking’ the signal. Yeah. Buffering & email not loading is super worth it for only $15 less/mth. Wow. 😐

    @thefrav @cogeco Would be cool if they’d at least say that then. What’s the point of an outage system if it auto generates this?

    @cogecohelps I am getting no or inconsistent or extremely low bandwidth. What is the issue??? Is it b/c ppl are work-from-home and Cogeco is not providing sufficient bandwidth for it's customer base?

    @cogeco or @SSCtv not sure who’s has the problem but the Scalphunters is freezing and with the cost of life this keeps up and this luxury will be to media that doesn’t freeze. Fix it.

    @cogeco Its pretty difficult to have a service changed or "leave" Cogeco when every time I call in I am put on hold for over 45 minutes and have to hang up. Great way to reduce Churn. Please DM me a direct line... pls
