@cogeco your service is terrible. Your tech disconnected my service while working on a neighbours house... Heading in to day 2 waiting for repair. Makes online school quite a challenge. Guess it’s time to call @bell.

@AlfredShamaon @cogeco Lucky!!!! Nothing here. Just spent an hour on hold for someone to tell us their aware of the outage and it won't be back until 4:30am. Funny how they know about the outage but their site says other wise.

@cogecohelps Apparently after a planned outage my router decided not to come back online. Buying a new one and will contact the office to get a new Cogeco modem. Ours is 8 to 10 years old and is also getting fussy. Thank you for your help.

@draglikepull If I'm in a line of sight roughly perpendicular to a wall, I can get about 10m into my yard. Wouldn't try streaming video unless within 3m though. But any angle past about 30* and concrete basement wall kills signal. Modem in basement bc Cogeco won't lay cable To new rooms.
