    @cogeco @cogecohelps Trying to send a DM but both these accounts say you do not monitor them any longer. Long wait on the phone. Bad pixilation on certain channels but reboot does not help.

    @cogecohelps Please save your canned responses. If Cogeco was a car it would be in a scrap pile already for the amount of issues. How about you run a secondary fiber connection to the area so this doesn't happen.

    @wazlife @cogeco @cogecohelps Where are you that you're paying about $150 a month? I'm in Pet, I was once paying $135, threatened to leave and now I'm paying $75 tax in for 1gb down. Starlink also has some pretty big reliability issues fwiw. Occasional internet outages is unavoidable it seems.

    @cogeco This has been a recurring problem in ancaster area. I have been a user fir the last 10+ years. Seriously thinking if switching to other providers . One more outage, this is a done deal. You guys dont compensate for the outages , do you ?

    (Thread cont) Seems like the acquisition of our previous provider @WOW_WAY was only good for the parent company @cogeco which is located in Canada. If you go on any social media, you will see a fiber cable is down, some one cut a fiber cable, as a “reason” as to why

    @SecuriClark @cogeco Exactly. People keep blaming Cogeco when it wasn't their fault. They can't control when people want to dig without calling first. Which I don't understand. It's a FREE service to someone come out and mark where all the lines are..

    @cogeco I was put on hold for over an hour then got cut off. I called in again and explained the situation and I was put on hold AGAIN! This is poor customer service.

    @cogeco we pay so much for the internet we rely on considering we don’t get cell service in our area. with the constant unpredictable outages you should at least compensate your customers and businesses that go full days without internet.
