  @wallygator23 @cogecohelps @cogeco I understand problems happen that are out of their control, but it’s the lack of communication (down website, no costumer service) that gets to me because theyve had time to correct it since the last big outage!

  @cogeco not just cancelling the Cogeco mobile, I'm helping Cogeco by cancelling my internet service too... now cogeco won't ever have to worry about me again, problem solved

And I am happy to see that your instincts mostly checkout :) : $QBR-B: 🟢 OPTIMAL | Quality 85, Opportunity 80. P/FFO 8.7x, ND/EBITDA 2.9x, 11.8% dividend CAGR. The model loves this one - Quality 85 is significantly higher than BCE (57) or Telus (58). The 2.2% yield is light, but total shareholder yield is 3.79% with buybacks. $CCA: 🟠 CAUTION | Quality 45, Opportunity 70. Yield 6.38%, P/FFO 1.5x. The $2.2B impairment on the U.S. segment (Breezeline) is flagged as a permanent structural problem, not temporary. The algorithm sees the value but doesn't trust the moat. The BCE management trust point is well taken. "The dividend is safe" → 42% cut a year later is exactly the kind of credibility gap no quantitative model captures. I should probably add some version of this. Thanks again 🇨🇦

  It’s going to take two days to create a ticket to fix my phone. 4 months now and @cogeco new mobile service is a mess. I don’t suggest switching to them.They’ve made a ticket to help me but they can’t figure out why my phone can’t make phone calls. 😡

  @cogecohelps I have unable to reliably work from home. My children have been unable to watch tv or stream. I missed a great tennis match. We said many times that it must be an issue in our area and cogeco insists it’s not.
