The fact that Cogeco waited till just after midnight to shut out internet down was a very selfish move. I understand our internet bill is unpaid but the least they could ******* do is leave it running but slower until it IS paid.

@cogeco Sad face. Every morning I wake up, and my smart Google assistant has lost connection. I can't turn on my lights. My phone says No Internet available. This is at least once a day and I've swapped modem brands. I am about to cancel my Niagara Cogeco 1GB Internet

@cogeco is it standard practice for your service technicians to enter an apartment complex and disconnect someone's internet without notice? and then refuse to help or acknowledge what happened because I'm not a customer. my ISP confirmed what happened.

@FromAlberta @Crackmacs I had issues when I lived there too, both Rogers/Cogeco and Bell. Ended up using a private ISP company that did the trick

@cogeco Why does the on demand only provide 8/10 episodes for NeXt while my friend who is a Bell customer has access to all 10 episodes? I’ve had to download the global app on my tablet to watch the final two episodes. Unhappy customer!

@cogeco Stop throttling my damn Upload, I need it to stream. That is the sole purpose I pay you for this overpriced crap you call service. Throttle the download all you want, leave my upload alone. Sick of this crap every week from y'all.

@cogeco Just sharing my experience with your service..I got your connection a month ago with 1Gbps speed but it is not at all upto the mark. Its 3rd class. All the shows buffer every few seconds.

@cogeco thank you for ruining another stream. This one was my #Christmas stream. Before u respond. U have have techs out 4 times. Failed to fix lines over the past 4 months. Responding with my account number and password is NOT obsolving u of onus. YOU have ruined my show.
