    Here in Canada we pay more than any other country for internet. You would think you would receive good service. Cogeco has terrible service. When are we going to have competition in Canada? Rogers is better than Cogeco which tells you bad they are.

    @cogecohelps Still out… @Cogeco outages website indicated would be repaired by 2:15pm…nope. Now saying repairs for 1:15am Friday???. 24hrs outage is ridiculous. I expect a credit to my account for all services. Rogers must be loving this as my cell data continues to be chewed up.

    @cogeco It seems abnormal for it to take this long when you actually mentioned you knew where and how to the problem 🤔 totally unacceptable service

    @adr yeah that would solve the problem with non-Bell/Rogers/Cogeco ISPs where you have to get one of *their* technicians to set things up, which predictably causes delays and "mistakes"

    It’s the greatest feeling ever to be free of Cogeco!!!! Months of dropped internet and failed promises to fix lines. No more because I finally switched providers. I’m free baby woooooo

    @cogecohelps In 2019 Cogeco scheduled for a line burial at my location Took them one year to finally mark it as a job completed but never actually came to my house and did anything my temporary line is still hanging and now I need to wait another year for the line to be Buried

    @cogeco by far the worst internet provider I've ever had to deal with in the last two days I've had to reset my modem six times and I've only had your services for a week this is just pathetic
