    Why would Cogeco follow me now! just cause i finally realised what going on! And why my internet is is always down why do i pay for an impossible speed ! Why no one told me about the 500 mb /sec before i paid years of full price!! Yeah! i cought on!

    @cogeco Your support page says "No Outage Detected" but it has a message on the same page saying you are investigating an issue impacting TV services - so this page should say an "Outage is detected"

    @FortmanM @cogeco Yep. EPICO and @cogeco connectivity are the worst. I have the same problem all the time.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

    @peggy_blair i switched to rogers from cogeco, rogers was $50/mo and the rep said, "hang on. let me see if i can get you a better deal before you leave." she came back & said, "we can give you the same service for $49.99". i laughed & laughed & still switched. they're all the same. ugh

    @Devin_Heroux No I don't but I pay for spoertnet with my cogeco package maybe that's why I was able to sign in?
