    @cogecohelps @Rajawindwalker @cogeco Yeah we still dont know, what the cause the of issue was. Every message we ask is answered with reset your modem if your experiencing any problem and the original question about what happened is ignored

    @cogecohelps Yes. I had to login and reset my SSID and password. I also had to work through and restore/reset my mini TiVo boxes. What an absolute pain. I imagine Cogeco will be compensating its customers in some shape or form

    Cogeco gets a big thumbs down from me today! 👎 Can’t get through on the phone, kicked off their chat after nearly 2 hours waiting. @cogeco @cogecohelps
