While we’re at it, can I just say how badly @cogeco sucks. Crave auto-log out monthly now has be unable to access my account. Bush league oligopolies with big pay cheque in carpet land and customer services that sucks.

  • SwanBoatSteve Steve Munro (@SwanBoatSteve) reported

@iamdavidmiller Toronto Hydro started to created a municipal network, but this was sold to Cogeco because the city needed some quick cash.

.@CRTCeng given the dismal failure by .@Rogers aka Robbers to address a countrywide outage (72 hrs and counting just check the tweets on their support handle), will you please step in and prevent the Cogeco merger. We need more not less competition.

@LauraBabcock Our Cogeco tech stood outside our open den window wearing a mask. He handed in our new modem and directed me how to connect and set it up. Then he was able to complete set up from there. Very friendly, efficient and safe customer service.

  • SwanBoatSteve Steve Munro (@SwanBoatSteve) reported

@iamdavidmiller One problem that arose from the transfer to Cogeco was that TDSB had a lot of problems with right of way clearances and pole attachments that would have been no problem for hydro.

  • JamesConnor1999 James Connor (@JamesConnor1999) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers I use to think Cogeco was worse service ever. Now you’re both tied.

@cogecohelps Cogeco is having DHCP problems. I hope this isn’t a router issue like Rogers had!
