    @klazerman10 @cogeco They have always sucked @cogeco worst customer service ever! When I called them and actually got in touch with someone to ask about my rate and see if they could do anything to lower it she said no and go somewhere else, that was 8 years ago and have been elsewhere since.

    @cogeco is there an issue with your internet service in Bracebridge, ON? I’m only getting 5 MBPS, and usually get between 120-160 MBPS.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I am know trying to get the issue resolved through Cogeco chat. As I had been on hold for over 50 mins to no avail. Hopefully chat guy can help me. Not impressed at all with phone help, or lack thereof

    Cogeco, Bell, and Rogers barely service any rural areas before they get all hyped up about 5G, you may want to make sure people can afford & access any internet at all. It is not affordable for most, some people cannot afford computers or over priced phones, its called research.
