@cogeco received new modem a few weeks ago, different setup than old. just found a box (stay at home order), will get it in the mail tomorrow. hopefully no issues with the delayed return... trying to find a box and packing material provided to be more challenging. @cogecohelps

@cogecohelps Thanks the issue is fixed but it appears that your outage fried my router and a very rude rep from @cogeco insists that they're not responsible for damage to equipment that we chose to connect to their equipment. Totally unacceptable and an awful way to treat a paying customer.

Just saw a Cogeco ad that called itself world class. Yeah- WORLD CLASS MY ***. Dont buy Cogeco. The TV stuff isnt worth your internet being inconsistent as **** and cutting out at the WORST TIMES.
