@CDNinvestigator @cogeco Really you want a refund for an outage which is likely caused by a winter storm. Let them focus on getting service back up and running instead of your $1.25 refund.

@cogeco Having the Outage page on your website actually report this instead of telling us everything is ok would probably save you a lot of incoming support calls. Meanwhile.. guess I’ll go shovel. Yuck

@cogecohelps There is an outage in Milton as reported by some sites yet your website isn't reporting an outage. I wonder if cogeco is on top of d situation or this is another disappointment!Even when i call it says there is outage in milton.Whoever is updating status on the site is sleeping😡
