    @cogeco after having 2 days without very much tv I came back to Cogeco and getting epico I can't wait for service next week!!! I'm so excited

    @lizzyerts @cogeco Same issue up here near Ottawa. Rebooted my modem and the EPICO receiver. No luck. It’s all in them.

    Cogeco operations in Burlington has let go of hundreds of employees. Teams of 15 down to 2. Managers of 20 down to 5. AI chat bots taking over. This is happening everywhere. Expect more of this over the coming 12 months.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogecohelps wasting time trying to get to a customer service agent seems to be a normal part of the Cogeco Experience. We have periods of impossible to watch EPICO TV daily because of lack of bandwidth and signal drops. Will soon be going back to Bell Fibe unless we can ../2

    @cogeco Set top box is still out. Seriously, a day and a half. Yes, I've reset it multiple times and even reset my modem, hoping it would find a signal.

    @cogeco @OhlOfficial Start by having a service that dosent break every 2 days... it's been over 1 and half year at this point that I cant upload or play Xbox or stream on twitch
