@BillKingston Hi Bill, Cogeco reported an outage at 3 am this morning with an expected resolution by 9:15 am this morning. If the connection is not back up by then please let us know. We are available at 1-866-434-5888.

@cogecohelps Our Execulink Internet service out since approximately 4pm. At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. Is there any info you can provide? #BurlON

@cogecohelps @cogeco I’ve talked to 6 technicians trying to get through to a supervisor; now I have an appointment with 48 hours wait period after a 2 hour conversation. Now I’ve had to move homes because the wifi is completely down and am continuing to wait till Saturday for a repair

@cogecohelps @jaxatweet It’s because they are the worst go with virgin internet so much cheaper and not one problem at all and their customer service is amazing!! I am currently paying 40 per month for what I would pay at cogeco for 90

@cogecohelps @cogeco how long does it take to restore an outage... 22 hours and counting. When will it be up and running again?!?!? (J0T 2B0). Can we have an honest answer? Your site for checking up on outages is useless.

so i guess i need to wait for the @cogeco guy/gal to come on twitter at 9am to tell me to contact tech support but hey close to 4 hours on hold now last night and this morning does anything work at @cogeco?
