@cogeco It is too bad that your customer service and billing departments don’t work as hard as your technicians…I became new customer in June2025… no end of problems with my bill… just spoke with Lynn, a manager…she can’t help me sort it out… THINK TWICE BEFORE SIGNING WITH COGECO

I love coming home to find that I have no internet @cogeco - network not appearing as an option anywhere, no outages and modem apparently online and working. I have reset my modem twice - nothing. It’s like my wifi just doesn’t exist.

@cogeco @cogecohelps Your cell phone app is ******* GARBAGE and whoever does the coding and programming to make it run is a monkey at a typewriter. FORCED TO UPDATE just so I can check the balance to pay my ******* bill and then after being FORCED to update, it loses my fingerprint ID. **** YOUR UPPER+LOWER CASE+NUMERERICAL COMPLEX PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS 🖕

@cogeco @cogecohelps you post on your outages page that the outage in my area N0N1R0 was resolved at 1030pm. That is exactly when mine went out. I rebooted modem with no success. Has your support hours always stoped at 10pm? No one to get a hold of to fix the problem.

@cogecohelps i guess it is right to cancel cogeco internet already. I cannot justify the $72/mo from my original contract of $50+tax for 120 months… how can they offer a $49 for new customers and not to the loyal ones.
