  @mcdonaad @cogeco @cogecohelps They say it's isolated issue. Just google Cogeco wifi or internet issues .. they seem to be common. Had I read these before switching.. I would not have. Had Cogeco since mid December and have not had a single day of fully usable internet. They should credit accounts for this

  @cogeco what is wrong with connection. We have lost our internet in the middle of school and work !when I try calling the support it says user busy and my call is cut ! Service quality and speed was good for first few months and it has gone down drastically! Totally disappointed

  @cogecohelps I’m experiencing a problem with my epico system. I’m unable to watch TV (error message 4-44-001). Is there some sort of outage in the oakville area? Also, the phone line for Cogeco support is not working.
