    @cogecohelps Cogeco increased my bill by 6 bucks and didn't even bother to notify me good customer service Cogeco I'll be downgrading because of it... thanks for the increase with no notice.... appreciate that

    @cogeco. Holy ****! They call me telling me I owe them money. Been with them for a little over a month. I have to tell them I’ll call them back. I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! 🙄

    Wow @cogeco @cogecohelps outage during Masters. It's like the old days of failures middle of Super Bowls middle of Tyson fight. How many 9's do you provide? Five 9s? Four? Three 9s?

    @cogecohelps I don't let anyone push me around but I push back with a custom-made style that's "Deadpool meets Downton Abbey", Jodi. I even have a service award for it. #Cogeco

    I’m on hold trying to get an @cogeco technical issue resolved. Not only are there no humans to pick up the call, but the recorded messages they play while on hold are computer generated and mis-pronounce both “wi-fi” and the name of the company itself. It’s bizarre and awful.

    @ReclaimTheNetHQ I'm not hearing much opposition from the major internet service providers like Bell, Rogers, Telus, Videotron, Cogeco, Eastlink in regard to bill c-22. So I guess they are all in?
