@chengeling I once called Cogeco to cancel my PARENTS sub. No question asked. Done in 10min. But yeah Bell & Videotron can be like that. I use 'i wanna quit' to get deals off current sub. Person cant do a thing, they send you to other dept, and boom, 'newcomer price!'

@cogecohelps Weird. Our next door neighbours are on Cogeco and have had service all day. Just got off the phone with a technician and he said it’s out in the area. What gives?

@cogecohelps I work from home and am required to be online for meetings, but your net doesn't work. It's been out for two days now. You said you fixed it when I called, but it worked for a whole ten minutes. Resetting doesn't work. Cogeco I'm Sick of losing internet connection.

@alysm745 @JanTheMan2010 If you were to call, do they care you're still poor? Im also within cogeco service area cant get Rogers deal. I looked into it. Imo cogeco should be working *with* Rogers to accomplish all eligible customers being able to use it. But thatd be too morally correct wouldn't it😕

@cogecohelps @LivCompassion @cogeco Thank you, but I was also hoping you’d help my disabled friends too &!offer something affordable for us like other companies are doing. We are all suffering under oppressive internet costs. So much so that many disabled in Ontario don’t even have internet or even cable.

@McMasterUTS is advising of an outage with the Cogeco network switch that is causing loss of connectivity with some of @McMasterU remote sites. Sites impacted: 96, 106 and 88 Forsyth, and Canadian Martyrs school. Cogeco is working to resolve the issue. Will update once resolved.

They use cogeco infrastructure (in my area) so you'll be able to access it no issues...Just hassle of switching Still can't believe that jump though Ridiculous cogeco can offer this via 3rd party for 50/mo, but can't keep offering you that directly
