  @cogeco I see my phone is down too. If a cell phone is a requirement in the event of an emergency to offset your constant outages, how about if you underwrite the cost of my phone service. I didn't ***** at your previous outages over the last few days, but I'm done.

  @cogecohelps terrible service cogeco. I’m having issues with your service, I want to speak with a manager and every time I ask the rep hangs up on me. I have been trying to sort this out for the last 2 hours.

  @cogecohelps @cogeco Up your end of the “contract” by providing the service I have apparently been locked into. Additionally, I have been on the line for 45 minutes and I am now getting a $5 credit — for 4 days of interrupted internet.

  @cogeco absolutely terrible service. I have called into your call centre twice now and got horrible service from your reps. I have asked to speak with a manger twice and both times I was hung up one. Brutal

  @gramshelper @aintlifeswells Cogeco is near me, so if the outage is affecting them, that could be why. Or they’re just being Cogeco.

  My internet connection during my class in Thursday afternoons is brutal, and I have a feeling its definitely because Cogeco has the most traffic during this time of day. Didn't have this issue at all last semester. I wonder if schools going more online has anything to do with it
