@LizLoveLake It's a weird day. We have no problems at home because we have Teksavvy, and yet it runs on Cogeco infrastructure. Some other tweets have mentioned this but state tech stuff that is beyond me. You gonna have to burn through your cell phone's monthly data by hotspotting it?

@tysmo @Bryson_M I don’t recall any bro-ha-ha about Futureway. There was some for Cogeco who successfully argued that Ontario and Québec were to totally separate and Cogeco wouldn’t give service to Québec from a Ontario POI and got exemption. But don’t recall Futureway. Would have to look back

@validsporttakes @KeeganB63977789 @cogeco I don't know of anything that doesn't break down once in a while. Computers don't usually give any warning when they break down.

@cogeco I changed the DSN as suggested by others and works now. But quick question: i assume it's a temp fix. When do we know things are normal again and I assume we have to change the numbers back?

@SteveA43400606 @cogeco Their support portal should not exist on their service infrastructure for exactly this reason. E.g., When my cloud provider goes down I can still access their technical support because they've separated these concerns.
