    @cogecohelps Hey Cogeco. How come my Internet is going down every night around midnight? Last night it was out for 3 hours. It’s been out an hour now. I really don’t feel like calling in at this late hour. Thought last night was a fluke. 2 nights in a row? I’ve rebooted the router. No luck.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco getting really frustrated with intermittent service every single night. Despite several attempts at contacting customer service and being brushed off every time as "noisy" lines. We've lost internet 8 times in 3 hours alone.

    @cogecohelps I've been on hold forever...my shop is currently unable to process money which is sorta important and nobody is answering the phone at Cogeco business tech...are we down?

    @jm_731 @cogeco What about leamington every night? Ridiculous that we all pay good money and your service hasn't been up to par. Then on hold for hrs with customers service. Rebates for everyone

    @outagedetect Easy money eh Cogeco. Charge an arm and a leg and not one of your services work. Smelling refund or I'm out. Customer service stinks on hold for hrs. Don't you know not to send people to bed angry.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco @Bell I don’t understand how it is that you can’t send a technician to fix their mistake. I realize mistakes happen but what shows your ability to serve your customers is how you fix your mistakes.

    @cogecohelps Apparently after a planned outage my router decided not to come back online. Buying a new one and will contact the office to get a new Cogeco modem. Ours is 8 to 10 years old and is also getting fussy. Thank you for your help.
