Wildbrain, owner of Family Channel and related services, has filed a #CRTC complaint against Cogeco, accusing it of unfair tactics in negotiations on a carriage agreement. Cogeco has apparently told Wildbrain it intends to drop Family, Family Jr. and CHRGD from its systems.

@OpenMediaOrg @TorontoStar @OpenMediaOrg Didn't Toronto do same in 2006 with Toronto Hydro OneZone? City sold it to Cogeco (41% Rogers owned). It was free, then cheap, then killed by big 3. I smell something very fishy - there's hidden agenda - tax $ to build network then sell to big 3 again?

Yet again @cogeco can't figure out its own guide or blackout restrictions for sports. Been at least since September I've been complaining. They have no idea what's going on. Also annoying the @TSNHockey @TSN_Sports feed on their app is a solid 3 minutes game time behind.

@cogeco @cogecohelps Your internet is down since 00:30 AM. $125/month + $50 for DSL. One day this government-sponsored Disneyland of yours will end, and you will go down like a real Mickey Mouse company. Can't wait for some real competition. 🔥🔥🔥 #cogeco
