    Second @cogeco outage in less than a month for my area. Outage site says 4:09pm restore time but last outage said 2 hours and it was more like 18 hours. Bell Fibe is looking real good.

    @cogecohelps @misterleggett @cogeco It happens constantly day and night!!! If you haven't fixed it in two years, how are we to beleive you can fix it now? Please don't insult your customers trying to defend your inferior service.

    @cogeco My internet service is getting offline frequently. Tried to get support from customer service. They are sending technician after at least 3 days. Please help.

    @CindiRensburg @cogeco Glad to know it isn't just us. Recordings are fine as well as using apps. Regular channels is total garbage tonight. I had "update" notifications on my box for Epico snd the remote. Nothing has improved.

    Looking for a new high speed internet provider. Apparently @cogeco can't come fix a line problem from a truck ripping out their lines. Apply within!

    @cogeco a truck comes down our street rips all the overhead lines out. I get told they will send someone Friday? Unacceptable!!! Maybe my brief time with cogeco will come to an end.

    @cogecohelps @misterleggett @cogeco No kidding. What clued you in? When I said this kind of stuff keeps happening for 2 years? As I said, my next call to Cogeco will be to cancel this very unreliable service. I gave you 2 years with no improvement
