    @cogeco the power outage that was somehow somehow causing my internet to not work - has been resolved for over a hour now. My house never lost power to begin with. Why is the internet STILL not woking in my house?

    @MamaStyles77 @cogeco @cogecohelps Steven, Sandra or whoever is on right now, help Member get her service or funds restored. She could not make calls during hospital trip this week. That is concerning. Do better.

    @CanadasLeafs @RogersHelps and cogeco, probably the worst. their epico system is down once a week. stopped calling, just takes the down days off the bill, its been 3 months of not a full payment, no calls yet.

    @cogeco Do better! Internet keeps dropping for prolonged periods of time. Your customer service chat drops and we have to start all over, it’s impossible to talk to anyone (such a poor connection on your end that they ended the call). This is atrocious for what people pay.
