  Since I am unable to call u or text bc u mistakenly disconnected me, heres the situation. I switched to Cogeco & informed u on Jan 22/26. U gave me a disconnection date of Feb 17/26. I was fully paid up but after Feb 17 u continued to bill me & I stupidly paid bc of your threats a total of $291.33 which u now owe me. When I switched to Cogeco I was told they used Telus lines, thats why my phone still indicated u as the carrier. Cogeco told me Ì shouldnt still b paying u so I stopped. Now you've disconnected me so since Friday I've had no calls, text or data. On top of that you reported me to Equifax. U really expect me to pay u as well as Cogeco? Ur lucky I dont sue u. I should b activated on the network immediately. How about u check your data & my dates then reimburse what u owe me. @TELUS

  @cogecohelps I have unable to reliably work from home. My children have been unable to watch tv or stream. I missed a great tennis match. We said many times that it must be an issue in our area and cogeco insists it’s not.

  @cogeco we have had pretty much no internet for the most two months. have called cogeco numerous times. Changed modems. Paid network specialist’s to come to the house and we still have no internet. Same with others on our street. Yet cogeco does nothing and offers nothing.

  It took me 3 hours to walk home with my sick child.I couldn’t get any taxi fare and the buses don’t run to where the clinic was .Tatiana had strep and was misdiagnosed by the urgent care yesterday. My phone isn’t working and Cogeco says two days for a fix.i am at my wits end

  @MamaStyles77 @cogeco @cogecohelps Steven, Sandra or whoever is on right now, help Member get her service or funds restored. She could not make calls during hospital trip this week. That is concerning. Do better.

  @LaciMarieKnight The CRTC controls all in Canada & creates regional monopolies , allowing companies to continue giving poor service at high prices. Bell Canada is the worst of the worst with Cogeco and Rogers close behind. They render only services they have to give while controlling what we see.
