    @cogeco @cogeco you have the worst service and equipment . Literally every day I have issues with the EPICO and internet . I constantly have to reset the modem and EPICO box , like ever day . It literally never works when needed . An appointment with a technician is a two week wait

    @cogecohelps lost all closed captions on all movies I have on my list.Every one! I have close captions on Netflix & Amazon, This is a #Cogeco problem. i only have 10% vision in one eye from cataracts . My landlord pays 4 #Cogeco service. fix problem. He's on hunting trip

    @cogeco Please change your hold music, people with sensory issues can not listen to that especially waiting on hold for 30 mins or more
