    They’re calling it the worst internet provider of all time! It’s called Cogeco and it’s absolutely terrible.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @alancross @cogeco Cogeco is, by far, the worst telecom service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Switch to anyone else.

    @cogeco @OhlOfficial Start by having a service that dosent break every 2 days... it's been over 1 and half year at this point that I cant upload or play Xbox or stream on twitch

    @cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

    @cogecohelps At Cogeco Eastgate Hamilton. Waiting 40 mins for service. One single clerk to serve customers. Poor service!!!

    @cogecohelps In other words, what can I do because @cogeco goes down so often, which takes me offline, which costs me a lot of money and reputation??? And I can't even reach you on the phone, or I'd be asking there. It's pretty gross service... Feels disrespectful.

    @cogeco Your customer service sucks. Wtf is going on..!?!? Your employees don't know how to resolve an issue with the customer. It's easy to sign up with your company but hard as hell to terminate a contract.
