    Cogeco is the worst internet I have had in 15 years very patchy problem is they cry to the CRTC to not let competition in.

    @cogecohelps Are you working on fixing the problem with Mail Chimp? All emails from Mail Chimp to cogeco emails are being bounced.

    @DavLane @TSN_Sports I thought my box was acting up. Always having issues with Cogeco but I'm glad it's just TSN. Hope they fix it during intermission.

    @Cogeco Any chance you will be adding the CityTV Now Experience to your line up. I see almost all other cable companies are now offering this service. Please look into doing this as I'm sure many subscribers would appreciate it!

    Good evening @cogeco the Plex app on EPICO continues to be a problem. The first play after restarting the box works fine, but any inactivity causes subsequent plays to fail. The only fix is restart the box. All other Plex clients are fine.

    @Distributel Called that line Wed - waited 25 minutes to get no answer, and told to wait 24-48 hours for supervisor call back. I stomached the poor service quality this summer since I know you are resellers, and the technical issue was cogeco's. Billing issue is all you. Very disappointed.

    @cogeco I am a long time customer… stood up for installation today (moving to new home) and now on phone for over an hour getting shuttled from one person to another. The worst service I’ve ever received, so frustrated.

    @cogecohelps I can’t get through to cogeco on the phone at all! It says that the number is out of service! Can you help me out?
