    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    Lately, my Cogeco tv channels have been saying This channel will resume shortly, but they never do. What’s going on Cogeco? I am very dissatisfied with the service I have been getting. #cogecohelps

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

    @cogeco I have a problem. I spent the last 50 minutes dancing through your menu system trying to fix my internet. I can't get hold of a actual person to resolve the issue after using the self help portion. I want to talk to an actual human!
