    @cogeco @cogecohelps @CRTCeng I seriously believe that Cogeco doesn't even try to actually provide you with internet. I've been having daily outages for years. Yet I can't seem to get it fixed because they expect me to stay home for an entire day. #sucks

    @cogecohelps I have a *temporary* cable strung through the trees in my front yard… and it’s been about 2 years! I called to remind Cogeco weeks ago. I have not heard back. Can someone contact me to fix this please!!

    @cogeco REALLY fed up with Cogeco. There's always an issue with my service. Why am I paying 137$ a month when my services don't work half the time.

    @cogecohelps I’d love to know why cogeco is consistently slow or going out around the mewburn area, I’ve called tech support in the past no fixes, reset modem fixes for a couple hours. Really debating on switching, we pay for the “fastest” service and getting 1/2

    @cogecohelps We're cogeco customers in Sarnia and Ch 819 CTV News has been pixelated with bad audio for two days now. All other channels are fine, but 819 is unwatchable. Any advice?
