    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra, my Cogeco connection is go for over 2-3 hrs...There was outage in my area yesterday, its showing it was resolved yesterday but I believe it is not resolved properly...We already reset/rebooting the modem but it is not working...

    @cogecohelps @RogersHelps care to weigh in? Seems like the error only comes up when I try to login to Cogeco. If I pick the other service provides the login screen appears

    @cogeco you’re internet service is very bad and unreliable. I pay for the best you offer, UltraFibre 1Gig Unlimited and it is a waste of money. It’s time for me to switch to another provider at this point.

    Sigh. Time for my weekly @cogeco internet outage. This is getting ridiculous. All of our climate and security crap is attached to the internet so we need it to be reliable.

    @cogecohelps how do I report an internet outage? We confirmed a few homes on our street that are customers of Cogeco have no internet.
