@cogeco we called customer service and they do some speed test and say its 1 Gbps buy why do shows buffer then? we had fido before and speed was 75 mbps but it was so smooth. Totally dissatisfied. we did not have choice of fido before moving to windsor.

@koopy @Xplornet @elonmusk Damn we could use this in town now. Over 32 people on our node during the day now. Used to be 3 or 4. Some days Internet is slooow. Cogeco needs to pay attention as well.

@cogeco Sad face. Every morning I wake up, and my smart Google assistant has lost connection. I can't turn on my lights. My phone says No Internet available. This is at least once a day and I've swapped modem brands. I am about to cancel my Niagara Cogeco 1GB Internet

@cogeco for 3 years i have had horrible internet - In Nov. I was told that you finally figured out what was wrong and it would be fixed by the end of the week. You keep taking my money... when will you actually provide me with working internet?

@cogeco - can I charge back for your outages? More importantly, can I charge back for my 360 / 30 service when I don’t get it 90% of the time? I have records to show that I get my service less than 30% but you charge me for 100%

@cogeco thank you for ruining another stream. This one was my #Christmas stream. Before u respond. U have have techs out 4 times. Failed to fix lines over the past 4 months. Responding with my account number and password is NOT obsolving u of onus. YOU have ruined my show.
