@cogecohelps Thank you @cogeco for making changes to your schedule to send a technician to fix my internet. He changed the modem and no more bad internet. Credit where credit is due. I am very happy that you at least have empathy towards the customer and tried your best.

Cogeco is bad and giving me like 2-3 upload speed when I usually get 10 so until that's sorted idk when I'm gonna be able to stream

@cogeco Hey, so I moved my modem and I did not look at the attention sign and it said that "moving this modem from address where initially installed, compromise 9-1-1 functionality", any idea how to fix it? P.S I tried putting a paperclip in the reset hole and I did it for 1/2

@cogeco internet connection is truly awful today in downtown Hamilton. Trying to work from home and am constantly getting booted off, dealing with slow load times. Have tried unplugging re-plugging modem, no help. What's going on??

Called @cogeco last week to set up new service. Scheduled install for Dec 22nd (8am-5pm) & credit card was charged. Arranged to have 4 patients booked they day to be rescheduled. Got confirmation email & was good. Call today asking if I still wanted service. Turns out...

Cogeco suspends My account, without notice. They play He said/She said, with the bank regarding My bills. I pay it off, get internet reactivated. Now it's going out 2-3 times a day... WTF?
