  @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

  @Bell @cogeco @MarkJCarney You even admitted the temporary phone # should be working, but you don't want to fix it until you've excluded every remote possibility it's not your fault when IT'S YOUR DAMN FAULT. Also don't require verification codes to unsubscribe from marketing emails I never requested.

  @cogeco bunch of thieves. Called today to cancel our mother’s cable as she’s been in hospital over 2 months and is never coming home. Apartment is empty but because she can’t call herself she’s had to pay still. She can’t ******* talk. #cogecothieves

  Big thanks to @cogeco for having my wifi down all day and tell it’s costumers it’s gonna be up by a certain time then delay it every hour and so on, I’m going back the @Bell I guess you get what you pay for!
