.@cogeco 3 days to send out a technician to check for a service issue when I work from home is unacceptable. @cogecohelps is on it but just frustrated at the slow response given the importance of internet connectivity.

@cogecohelps Anas, its been a week and i have yet to get a call from the tech to sort out our simple issue. How much longer??? Our patience is wearing thin. 3 tickets and no resolution!! C'mon, Cogeco used to be in top of their game. What happened????

  • Teedert EJ (@Teedert) reported

@cogecohelps @miller2727 I first became aware of this problem on the morning of Aug 3. After spending a lot of time on the phone providing detailed information to cogeco, emails started trickling in later in the day. I also believe not all arrived or were recovered. Disappointing to learn it's recurring.

  • Almightygoogly Ashley F (@Almightygoogly) reported

Every couple of weeks, @cogeco likes to send someone to my house to try and convince me to change my internet service. Each time I explain that my internet is paid by my work, so I can't. It would be nice if they had a do not call list.
