@cogeco Since Cogeco probably doesn’t want you doing so, for those that know how, this issue can be resolved by changing your DNS server on your modem/router settings. Google’s DNS server is 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4.

  • ahmose_I Hany Girgus (@ahmose_I) reported

@FarahNasser Well, that if your internet service provider is reliable, not @cogeco

  • OGkwlfca kwlfca (@OGkwlfca) reported

@cogeco Okay but why is customer service completely unavailable? That’s unacceptable

  • mcewen650 Mark McEwen (@mcewen650) reported

@cogeco hi. I recently signed up for 2 year internet. Well... If another outage happens, you can take your "2 year contract"& stick it. I work from home. If you can't provide stable service, I will go back to @bell. And if you think I'll pay an early exit fee... You're so wrong

  • jeff_beairsto Jeff Beairsto (@jeff_beairsto) reported

@cogeco Is this a Cogeco issue? Does Bell and Rogers have the same issues?

  • AntonSaverimut1 Anton Saverimuthu (@AntonSaverimut1) reported

@cogeco Cogeco ,please find a proper solution to it.Schools and workforce rely on internet services more than ever in these times.

  • Wjr64Bill Bill (@Wjr64Bill) reported

@610CKTB Cogeco is the worst internet supplier I’ve ever had. We also have numerous short outages on the regular our here in Niagara region. They’re also quite expensive, definitely not worth what we’re paying.

@servicesdown_ Yup Cogeco you suck !!! Maybe pay the CEO slightly less and invest in some equipment!!!! This is going to keep happening and will get worse, worse service ever....but at least they have friendly people online and on the phones. RIP OFF, scam!!!

  • GinetteP Ginette Pelletier (@GinetteP) reported

@cogeco Imagine that again Cogeco has issues...2 times in 1 week. Worse worse provider ever

  • webstrategist Dave Manning (@webstrategist) reported

@HaltonDSB @ONgov If you are having issues with Cogeco (DNS issue) today and earlier this week, a work around is to change the DNS server and backup on your home router to Google's DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
