    @cogeco @cogecohelps COGECO is the most unreliable service at this time. We are getting very upset with the skips, freezes, poor reception. Bell is looking very appealing.

    @cogecohelps Since the power outage in Rockwood, ON on Tuesday my Cogeco service has been frustratingly intermittent. I have followed directions to reboot my modem and my wifi routers, but have issues still popping up. Including right now. Is there a report of an outage here?

    @cogeco Why does it Not show niagara weather. I got epico for all the issues I was having and epico constantly freezes. Not overly thrilled with epico.

    Access to email is by using phone data. I’ve troubleshooted twice with Cogeco support and they keep “putting in a new ticket” because they can’t figure it out. Do we need to go with a different Internet provider? 2/2
