    @cogecohelps We have been trying to get ahold of @cogeco for 9 days now. Your line is constantly business and your live chat is unable to help us. We spend a lot of money on internet and have been great paying customers for years...and our careers rely on the Net! Please help?!

    @Bell_Support and @cogeco whichever one of you gets into my neighborhood and upgrades our internet lines to something other than our 1960s infrastructure, will get a lot of business. All of us are tired of temp lines and very spotty service. Terrible

    @cogecohelps @MIHomeYGK Cogeco needs to up its communication game! Last night I received an "apology" email - almost a week late. Apparently, "a few" customers were impacted - not tens of thousands. The email blamed an "external" problem - they took no responsibility.

    @cogeco thanks for the email yesterday apologizing for recent internet problems...but when I pay for full high speed unlimited internet that's what i expect with 2 adults working and 2 kids schooling from home! Otherwise reduce my monthly bill!

    @cogeco Eversince we've switched all we've had is issues.I was recording something that was only an hour and it was still showing it was taping 1.5 hours later. Why would that happen?
