@ashillington Did you have to pay a fee to Cogeco ? I did that last time I had a huge lapse in service and I got stuck with a huge bill for a disconnection.

@cogecohelps @cogeco Hi from Waterdown! It’s been 3 weeks of your ridiculous service, 2 brand new routers later, I am still tweeting using my data. We work from home and absolutely can not go by without internet! You are putting our jobs and livelihood at risks!

@cogecohelps I appreciate the confirmation this has been going on for weeks...I will cancel my subscription which shows $25 on my bill yet on the cogeco website the standard price is $20...just unfair, and lacks transparency

@cogecohelps Thanks, Graham. How do you determine whether an outage was caused by Cogeco or Rogers? What I do know is that we are a Cogeco customer and we lost power for more than 12 hours.

@cogeco are you serious? Maintenance text said 12:00am until 6am and it is 9:29 and my kids cannot get online for school. Unacceptable! Cannot get through to an agent and have been hung up on twice! Now you website says the service will be down until 4pm. Unacceptable!

Anyone else in east #HamOnt with @cogeco Gigabit service and getting complete **** service? I pay for the top tier but since mid-March, hardly gotten over 100 KiB/s speeds. Different excuse each time I call and always wanting to send a tech but I know there are major line probs.

@cogecohelps is there an issue with Crave subscription at Cogeco? My Crave is not recognizing my subscription since early April, I have confirmed my monthly charge is still being applied.
