    @cogecohelps @Ladybirdhustles They will just send rhis reply and then nothing will change. Not sure why anyone would sifn up to this absolute horrid service. Try working from home on Cogeco. It is legit not possible. Bell cuts out like twice a year. Cogeco is 5 plus times a day easily

    @cogecohelps I spend over an hour and a half on hold. Only to have your loyalty support person hang up on me. I guess Cogeco doesn’t want my business anymore. 20 year customer means nothing to you.

    @cogeco provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only has our internet been down every single week for the past month, today a rep. from technical support named Richard called us a liar when we complained about the service not working and they hung up.

    @Canadian72 @Bell Same here, my area is Cogeco only and they are shafting us. Bell said to keep an eye out over 10 years now. **** all ISPs.
