    Hey @cogeco 🇨🇦 You are by far the worst internet provider out there. I’ve had no internet or cable for over 24 hours now, and your service has become completely unreliable time and time again. After this, I’ll be switching to @Starlink. Thanks for making the decision easy 👍

    Wow @cogeco @cogecohelps outage during Masters. It's like the old days of failures middle of Super Bowls middle of Tyson fight. How many 9's do you provide? Five 9s? Four? Three 9s?

    @cogecohelps we are now in the middle of the 3rd outage we’ve had today since noon hour. What’s going on? I pay $40/month for a Rogers mifi to back up my Cogeco internet when it goes out!

    @cogecohelps Being Canadian means paying a small fortune for Cogeco internet service and having it not work on a weekly basis.

    @cogecohelps Cogeco increased my bill by 6 bucks and didn't even bother to notify me good customer service Cogeco I'll be downgrading because of it... thanks for the increase with no notice.... appreciate that

    I thought @cogeco was the absolute worst service. I got suckered into it when I moved (not much competition) and got cogeco/epico. Epic fail. My advice people. expensive service. bad service. Patronizing customer service. stay away. @CTVWindsor

    @cogecohelps Nice of you to say—I guess. But HOW can you help me? Might get a callback in two business days? That's amateur hour and totally unacceptable. Doesn't Cogeco want my money?
