    @NotMe595959 @peggy_blair Lol try that with Cogeco and see what happens. They don't give a **** because there's so little choice thanks to the monopoly these media companies enjoy. For every customer they lose they get 2 back.

    They’re calling it the worst internet provider of all time! It’s called Cogeco and it’s absolutely terrible.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I tried calling for hours on the weekend to inquire about my rate on my account. Your IVR is purposefully obfuscating the ability to reach an agent. How am I supposed to get help?

    Why would Cogeco follow me now! just cause i finally realised what going on! And why my internet is is always down why do i pay for an impossible speed ! Why no one told me about the 500 mb /sec before i paid years of full price!! Yeah! i cought on!
