    @cogecohelps is there a actual ETA to fix the phone, internet, and tv issue in Quinte West? It's all been down for over 6 hours and the Cogeco outage page just adds another hour on every hour.

    Hi @cogeco there has been a recent update to EPICO and since then the Plex app often starts to play a movie without video (audio only). The only fix is to restart the EPICO box, other Plex clients around the house are unaffected - please investigate.

    Well... it seems like @cogeco @cogecohelps is down YET AGAIN, so no stream from me today... On a completely unrelated note, anyone in the Ottawa Valley know a reliable internet company so I can stop missing streams? :)

    @cogecohelps I’ve received 1,100+ spam emails through my Cogeco email in the last 90 minutes. Webmail gives an error when I try to log in to change my password. What’s happening? Is it just me or a security problem?
