    After awhile, the doorbell rang. I thought it was the food delivery. No. It was a person from Cogeco, all geared up to tell me about their new and improved service. I started cackling as soon as I saw what company he was working for.

    @cogecohelps I already spoke to Cogeco. They already took all steps. I’m sending back this crappy ‘new’ modem & reinstalling my previous one the company gave me that never lagged or buffered & speeds were already at almost 1T. It’s now lower.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Nope, after my hour and 20 minutes on hold I was able to talk to a person for 2 minutes and get my issue resolved.

    @cogecohelps on the phone with Cogeco CSR. No internet since few hours and Ridiculously scheduled technician call on Wednesday when we are all working from home and kids have online tests to take? You increased my internet bill to give me no service?Help?

    Cogeco’s new internet packages that claim to be so much faster for less....are ****. All my connection has done is lag & buffer as soon as more than 2 devices are in use. Screw this crap.

    @cogeco I bought a linksys router connected it to your ****** one configured the back door 500 megabits where the pods got me single digits your pods are garbage if one has to configure and configure it’s bullshit!

    And no internet. Because the techs didnt bother coming out. Now waiting until Tuesday. I may have to cancel all the rescheduled and saturday nov 12 interviews thanks to #cogeco techs not doing what they were scheduled for.
