  @cogecohelps This is the problem right here. If the cogeco website saying no outages detected in my area, then that means they have no reason to investigate and solve the very real outage we are experiencing. Its beyond frustrating that absolutely nothing is being done to fix this.

  @cogecohelps I know it's not your fault Cole, but people can't DM Cogeco about any issues if DMs aren't open. The outages with Cogeco right now are going to be 100% public unless someone changes that. Typing this with my phone data btw
