    Hey @cogeco. My entire towns epico internet and tv has been down since 1130 this morning and they're not even going to send someone until at least tomorrow!?! AND the website still says "no outages" Things go wrong, but noone is even trying to fix it

    A car hit an electric pole this morning and my @startca internet outage has been down all day, along with a big part of my neighbourhood area (as it uses @cogeco's line). Good thing I have a lot of mobile data.

    @cogecohelps Why is Cogeco Wifi not working right you guys updating something. April 10/22 it worked fine April 9/22.

    @TekSavvyCSR can you tell me what type of DSL options you have in Frankford Ontario? All your site shows are cable options. Since @cogeco refuses to fix faulty lines cable is useless to me. And @Bell just keeps cranking up the prices of our 10/1 internet. nearing $95 now.

    @cogecohelps Are you aware that Cogeco customers are unable to open certain websites? @BluewaterPower is one. It will open when wifi is shutoff and using data so it appears this is a Cogeco issue. Please advise.

    @cogeco Typical stupid code you go cookie cutter message they don't give a **** that doesn't affect them unless it affects them they don't give a **** about the customers I live in Welland and I deal with their bullshit all the time I personally hate coaching co and I hate bell

    @cogecohelps @Luv2golfalot Just restored here (Rivers Oaks). Cogeco...14.5 hours down is unacceptable. Fix your network so this never happens again.
