    @cogecohelps @m_e_f1 The estimated time service is going to be restored is later than 2:30pm??!! This is ridiculous. There are people working from home that pay a lot of money for cogeco b/c it's the only provider. It's time to end the telecom oligopoly in this country.

    @programmer279 @LukeMiani @cogeco Not hate, just frustration. We set up our 90+ y old aunt with a #Cogeco acct & this is the 3rdX a tech hasn’t /has refused to help for whatever reason. I mean, they can’t force people to work, but hard to explain to her why they can’t fix her tv, like they hate her!

    @cogeco wanna tell me why my internet has gone out every single day for the last week? like not a single day has gone by this week where my internet doesn’t go out at least once. you are genuinely the worst provider i have ever had in my life bruh

    Spent a month asking cogeco to fix my internet, after talking to like 4 diff people from their support team they’ve given me a $50 credit and also didn’t even fix the internet :) lmfao

    Approaching 7 days without home internet. 5 phone calls to @Bell_Support, 3 service calls with another one scheduled. @cogeco coming now tomorrow. Whoever gets it working first gets my business. #Gongshow

    @cogecohelps no internet since 9 am in Kingsville N9Y 4B4 despite having power back for two hours. Any updates? Your Cogeco outage page says resolved but it is not

    Cogeco made a mistake and switched off my automatic billing for my Internet service. Not only do I have to pay over $300 to take care of the issue but I’ll have to pay the late fees on the bill for the problem I didn’t create. Thank you for ruining Christmas for me @cogeco

    @cogecohelps going on 6 weeks without Internet/TV while everyone else on our street has their Cogeco up & running. Called and talked to an agent. Was told to go with a different company as they couldn't even guess as to when we would get services. Some customer service that is...

    @Denoxium @cogeco Same here! Full day outages too. Except today tech support says they are aware but unsure why they decided not to post it on outage portal. Never have I seen such terrible service. We are talkin full day outages.
