@cogeco I just called Cogeco and was on hold for 15 minutes to get to customer service, and the agent picked up but hung up right away. I’m frustrated!

@ihoplad @cogeco The service in Oakville is awful again today. It has been ~2 weeks of bad to no internet service. I’ve been on the phone waiting to speak to cust support x 1hr. I’m unable to do my job, kids are unable to connect for eLearning, turning this lockdown into even more of a nightmare!

@cogecohelps Good afternoon. My brother-in-law claims that if my dad cancels his cogeco service, he can purchase his cogeco email account to keep it going. Can you confirm this? It doesn't sound right to me and I would like a definitive answer to stop my BIL from pestering me.

@cogecohelps @cogeco This phone call is going from bad to worse. I have found out I’m locked into a contract for 3 yrs. during that time, you can raise the price but I cannot do anything about it and if I want out, I have to pay $225. Plus, out of 8 working days, you have not held....

@cogecohelps @cogeco Hi Jodi. I resetted my router 2-3 times it keeps going back up then after a little bit i don’t have internet. Iv’e 3 client meetings to reschedule because of internet issues today. Even more with all the issues last week. Im getting really fed up.
