All these bigger telecoms are vulnerable; the smaller ones are b/c they piggyback onto the big ones! That's why yesterday some other carriers were also down b/c they use Rogers network. I'm w Bell but I don't think I'm any safer.

It seems like you work for Rogers, because I was surprised when you said no to Cogeco.
