Not entirely sure the call to cogeco solved the issue but at least it was much less painful than calls to cable companies usually are. But seriously hope the problem is fixed.

@SamLoonie @Bell_Support I thought about it. Small Arduino or something to press it, BUT, I have numerous boxes, and when I look at all the other options (Shaw, Cogeco, Rogers, etc) they don't turn off. This is simply Bell doing network management and trying to turn off IPTV streams where possible.

Hi @cogeco there has been a recent update to EPICO and since then the Plex app often starts to play a movie without video (audio only). The only fix is to restart the EPICO box, other Plex clients around the house are unaffected - please investigate.

@cogecohelps so I looked into epico, the lady I spoke with asks me how many devices I'll be using, I tell her 3-4. She then quotes me $148 a month. Receive my epico yesterday and I get 1 box and find out more boxes cost extra???? Are you serious Cogeco? Cancel. I don't want it.

@cogecohelps is there a actual ETA to fix the phone, internet, and tv issue in Quinte West? It's all been down for over 6 hours and the Cogeco outage page just adds another hour on every hour.
