@cogeco @cogecohelps I have 4 boxes. The 3 that were on this morning are not working. The one that was off is working for now. I moved it to our main tv to watch football. The solution here is to pay for more boxes ;)

@cogeco @cogecohelps Completely unacceptable!! I can understand an hour or two but all day is unacceptable!! I have elderly parents who rely on television. Switched from Bell to this???? I understand technology fails but this is beyond fail. As of 6:33, no TV.
