    @Bell @cogeco For crying out loud, you started as a PHONE COMPANY, and now you can't even do that right, warning us the phone won't work if there's a power outage. Phones were better in the '90s because outages HAPPEN. I hate you, @MarkjCarney, for letting this happen.#CdnPoli Also #genocide.

    I just ate a granola bar. Instead of throwing the wrapper in the garbage I threw it at my Cogeco router. I’m doing my part and saving the environment, putting trash where it belongs.

    guys the funniest ******* thing ever has happened for a few days our tv has been glitching big time we went on a streaming service and it said "sorry, you have to be in the uk" so we check the inputs and ??? for some reason our tv is now Cogeco (a ******* canadian tv service)

    @cogeco don’t ever waste your money! They’re a fraud company. They won’t even let you cancel the service or answer the phone!! 💩

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogeco is so inept. Customer service does not exist. 3 hours on the phone and not one person seems to know who is responsible for what.

    @cogecohelps At Cogeco Eastgate Hamilton. Waiting 40 mins for service. One single clerk to serve customers. Poor service!!!

    @FortmanM @cogeco Yep. EPICO and @cogeco connectivity are the worst. I have the same problem all the time.
