@JackDan110 @Rogers Bell & Cogeco are the same... had some guy that wouldn't leave... I finally told him I was going to call the police & he still tried to put be down & sell me something at the same time... I closed the door & he started doing cicrles in the driveway, eventually left...just weird!!

🧵5/6 This is what passes for support when there is no meaningful competition. My only alternative locally is Bell’s DSL at 50 Mbps, compared to my current 1000 Mbps service—an unacceptable downgrade. All other ISPs in the area rely on Cogeco’s infrastructure.

Damn I'm all confused, Email from Cogeco's law firm says: -Here is our Notice of Appearance. -Another Email saying disregard the Notice of Appearance, We'll be re-serving a corrected version. -Another Email saying "Disregard. -And another saying CNOC intends to participate.

🧵4/6 Cogeco initially refused to send another technician. After significant escalation through OXIO, they finally agreed to another visit—only to cancel it three days later, claiming there were “area-wide issues.” These are unrelated to my problem, which continues unabated.
