    So, I tried to cut the Cogeco cord today. Had to call 3 times. Spent over an hour on hold only to be hung up on. Spent another hour on hold only to have to tell the rep 4 times I want to disconnect my service. 1/

    @cogecohelps @jsteip @cogeco Thanks for the update. There was work being done at the box on Lott Crescent, now that they are gone, the service is down

    Finally decided to cut the Cogeco cord. I've been unhappy with their hiccup-filled, over-priced internet service for years, and just got word of a price hike. One of their competitors was having a sale, so the timing seemed ideal 1/

    @cogecohelps I’m so sick of seeing ONE MOMENT PLEASE in the middle of a program that we pay extra for. We did go a whole week without it and thought things might be better. Wrong again. Cogeco sucks
