    Big thanks to @cogeco for having my wifi down all day and tell it’s costumers it’s gonna be up by a certain time then delay it every hour and so on, I’m going back the @Bell I guess you get what you pay for!

    They’re calling it the worst internet provider of all time! It’s called Cogeco and it’s absolutely terrible.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogecohelps we are now in the middle of the 3rd outage we’ve had today since noon hour. What’s going on? I pay $40/month for a Rogers mifi to back up my Cogeco internet when it goes out!

    @cogeco @cogecohelps is such a joke. Internet down. They tell you to use chat for quick access. 76 min wait. You try and call and the recording tells you to unplug for 5 seconds and hangs up on you. Unreal customer service. Now what?
