    While I appreciate the text message from @cogeco informing me that my internet is down, this is the 2nd time in a week this has happened. People work from home & rely on stable internet. Not happy.

    @IronSmithyTV @cogeco I feel the struggle, we have one provider here and they can pretty much get away with what they want here, so if they go down it takes them forever to get things fixed, will be right here waiting for the streams sir.

    i've now been on hold for 15 min 30 sec to cancel my phone service with @cogeco the webpage makes it much easier to upgrade service than cancel

    @cogecohelps My question: why is Cogeco selling a package without advising the app doesn't work on the TV right now?
