    @thisisgrazie @cogeco @Bell I would call "Loyalty", dept and discuss it They're great. It's also handy to make a note for a month before your 2 year deal ends to remind you to renew another deal on time Just a tip from another customer.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @peggy_blair Freedom calls with offers, even when it lowers my bill & better plan. When Cogeco increased, I checked site and got the best offer for 20 months for the same service. I called Rogers for my parents and lowered their bill by $60+. Calling and asking seems to helps us.

    @cogeco I have been trying to cancel my service and I have tried to call for over two weeks and a rep ends up transferring me to an extension nobody picks! Seems like I am forced to keep a service. I just got a bill asking me to pay when I already returned the modem. Kindly fix

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Again tonight no Detroit feed. I really have to get rid of Cogeco. Who in Canada wants the Colorado feed. Thanks Cogeco for always disappointing your customer. @COGECOSUCKS
