@ihoplad @cogeco The service in Oakville is awful again today. It has been ~2 weeks of bad to no internet service. I’ve been on the phone waiting to speak to cust support x 1hr. I’m unable to do my job, kids are unable to connect for eLearning, turning this lockdown into even more of a nightmare!

@cogeco I just called Cogeco and was on hold for 15 minutes to get to customer service, and the agent picked up but hung up right away. I’m frustrated!

@cogeco absolutely terrible service. I have called into your call centre twice now and got horrible service from your reps. I have asked to speak with a manger twice and both times I was hung up one. Brutal

@cogecohelps @cogeco yes i have speeds are also 1/3rd then what they are suppose to be. If I use your DNS then it just keeps dropping using the google DNS for a workaround to get on and talked to others they having issues as well heads up :)

@cogecohelps @cogeco Meh, I'm good, it's not so much the 'tech issue'. I'll just sit on hold half the day only to fix it myself in the end anyways I'm sure. Again, you guys need someone that actually knows how to do stuff, and speaks fluently in both English & French DM me! Lolz 🤙🏼
