@Greyseeker Cable companies are such tricksters. Here, I can only choose between Bell & Rogers, which equates to bad & worse. I’d love to use Cogeco (their PVR is TiVo), but I’m outside their territory. 😢

@iPhoneinCanada @AlsoKnownAs_AA Nine of the brands shown are owned by 3 companies. 18 of the 20 brands are operated by 6 companies. Of the remaining two, Cogeco Mobile isn't available yet. Not saying that's a problem, but that image is a wee bit misleading.

@cogeco trying to reinstate my mother's (who has dementia) cable. She canceled it in error. She doesn't know her PIN for obvious reasons but FYI - your service agent hung up on me before I could explain why I didn't have the PIN. Do better.

@cogecohelps Hi, As a very long-time Cogeco customer who only just switched to Epico from the traditional cable service within the last month, I am very disappointed to learn of this change to PVR storage. One of the biggest reasons I was reluctant to switch to Epico was because I had many.

@cogecohelps I’ve been on a chat with a rep for two hours .. they’ve replied twice in that time and no help. I’ve called 17 times and it’s disconnected everytime I choose technical help .. so Cogeco doesn’t help??

@Hi__Her @cogeco It boggles my mind, thanks for the reach out, 2022, frustrating that they get away w/that kinda crap. How can they think I’d pay them that much money in advance? Hoping anyone has any ideas that would work faster?
