    @cogecohelps could you please tell me why since we have upgraded to a higher speed and new router, we loose our Cogeco connection almost daily? I tried calling the support number, but as it seems so many other customers are having issues,I am on hold for over an hour.

    @cogeco @morikaweb They've been allowing stupid **** like this to happen here long before COVID and so many people working from home. They're idiots, Bell and Rogers aren't much better.

    @maddferret84 My internet dude. Not working. Little bit of everything. Weather caused my internet to stop working and Cogeco and the city are doing nothing about it. Even hard wired my modem. It’s all ****** up man. My ***** are swollen

    @cogeco TiVo. When is Cogeco finally developing an App that is working. TiVo is sooo bad that I might need to switch provider. Only randomly works.

    @cogecohelps I've been with Cogeco for years, tv and internet. I've just cancelled my service because I've a MUCH better offer. I'm being charged a $75 cancellation fee for each service. That's a $150 disconnection fee on top of what I currently owe. Disgusting!
