    @ManyBeenRinsed I cancelled with Cogeco when they increased our bill without any notification last month. Internet performance was awful a lot of the times leading up to the increase

    @cogeco What wrong with ur service its always disconnecting i cant even load a msg on X before i loose connection! tried to reach you via the internet but i loose my connection so What do i do exept calling and cancelling i pay for 1000 mb i get not even 150 mb and up load .4 mb!

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

    @cogeco As of 10:15 pm our services have finally been fixed. 13 total hours out of service! When should I see a refund for services lost?

    @cogecohelps At Cogeco Eastgate Hamilton. Waiting 40 mins for service. One single clerk to serve customers. Poor service!!!

    @cogeco lots of Cogeco problems again today in Colborne - ?? - becoming frustrating - wifi cable TV almost a coin flip as to whether or not it will work lately - any resolution in sight? Thx
