    @Bell I have just had the worst customer service experience trying to change my ridiculously high bill. Transferred twice, lastly, to the loyalty department. Was on for over 40 mins to only be left sitting. I finally hung up. You need to sort yourselves out! @Rogers @cogeco

    @cogecohelps At Cogeco Eastgate Hamilton. Waiting 40 mins for service. One single clerk to serve customers. Poor service!!!

    @cogeco Not just Epico were impacted, my normal service was also. During the Grey Cup, screen would go completely black on numerous occasions, pixelated every 30 to 40 seconds. Tried calling tech support to no avail.Can you not handle the customer demand?

    I just ate a granola bar. Instead of throwing the wrapper in the garbage I threw it at my Cogeco router. Iā€™m doing my part and saving the environment, putting trash where it belongs.

    Why would Cogeco follow me now! just cause i finally realised what going on! And why my internet is is always down why do i pay for an impossible speed ! Why no one told me about the 500 mb /sec before i paid years of full price!! Yeah! i cought on!

    @NoSleevesGaming @cogeco Is this loyalty savings with Cogeco? Tried Cogeco for a week, but it was a horrible experience. Stock market fluctuations in connection minimum 23+ network performance.

    @cogeco is so inept. Customer service does not exist. 3 hours on the phone and not one person seems to know who is responsible for what.
