    @cogeco mobile hasn’t worked for me for months.Calls dropped all the time,no days off and on.For the last week my phone won’t call out.7 hours on the phone with various departments.Paid my bill. On hold 2 hrs today.find out they won’t help me as they cut my non working phone off

    @MamaStyles77 @cogeco @cogecohelps Steven, Sandra or whoever is on right now, help Member get her service or funds restored. She could not make calls during hospital trip this week. That is concerning. Do better.

    @cogecohelps I have unable to reliably work from home. My children have been unable to watch tv or stream. I missed a great tennis match. We said many times that it must be an issue in our area and cogeco insists it’s not.

    @YYZ2YGK @cogeco Well...I don't think they chose it? I mean who knows I guess! But it's still not a good service. I have had the worst experience with them and more outtages than I ever had with bell fibe. I switched because bell got crazy pricey but **** it's worth it at this point.
