@cogeco -I learned from the on-site technician today that there's an issue with wifi pods for all customers but no one in contact center informed me of this during the 10+ calls I made last few weeks - Why this lack of transparency? Why no ETA being provided? Why charge full fee?

  • tearexmama Tea Rex 🍁🍵🦖🧶🛼 (@tearexmama) reported

@sassinak I literally had the Cogeco guy try to stop me from leaving for another service provider by telling me that when traffic is high they throttle the "renters" to give priority to their top customers. I assume that Rogers works the same shady way

  • adamc3p0 Adam Clarke (@adamc3p0) reported

@cogecohelps Outage for tv still in Georgetown. Will cogeco automatically be providing a refund for the downtime since they know the areas affected and services affected or do we need to call in?

  • khawarwaheed22 《KW》 (@khawarwaheed22) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco Was working fine since morning, now down again...10.38am

  • collvey77 collvey77 (@collvey77) reported

I can’t believe that @cogeco finds it acceptable to make customers wait four days to fix a service outage caused by their “maintenance.” No internet and no cable, but wait four days for service. Easier said than done when you work from home.
