    So my actual Cogeco box doesn't work but I can sign into the Epico app on my TVs and phone. So what's the point of the damn box???

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Can u explain why my in-laws home was the only house on the street without service during the outage while their next door neighbours beside them and across the street with Cogeco had service???? Doesn’t make sense.
