    @cogecohelps my A/C# 50010985625 and my internet service is down for the last 9 hours. I have contacted Technical Help line and they say that the problem can only be fixed via COGECO Visit. The earliest date given is Jan 5th. This is pathetic customer service since we work online

    @cogecohelps Cogeco needs to provide and proper update , changing the restore time on your website every hour to the next hour is ridiculous..... if CNP can provide updated on the power why can't Cogeco do the same . Your service is terrible and your communication worse and

    @Swiftie01 The problem with Telcos is Canadas small population with large land mass. Building a network is a huge cost so the only way a competitor can operate is to resell Rogers, Bell, Telus and to a lesser extent Shaw and Cogeco. The company will never control their bottom line.

    I have spoken to a tech with Cogeco and I set up wht *** going on with our white box,he told me I would have to wait 4 weeks for one so I set it up with him but now my mute button won't come off when u touch it or I can't turn the TV off I need help plse can someone help me

    @cogeco 5 years never had problems now we had a snow storm black out and now I can't use nothing not right your team needs to get on it and fix the problem just not me it's others too in the Dundas area

    @cogecohelps Would like my internet connection back but Cogeco dont seemed interested no customer service , no communications .Worst internet provider in the country !!!!!

    Thank you @cogeco and @cogecohelps and your terrible phone lines for reminding me why I should never switch. I've been on hold 3 times now (17 minutes, 60 minutes and 7 and counting) to try to cancel an incorrect order.
