Eyes Wide Open (@liquidglass) reported@cogecohelps @cogeco Thank you. Just to be clear - my understanding is that I can use this for any period less than 10 years (let's say for 2 years) and then I can cancel my subscription after 2 yrs without any penalties or fees. Is this correct?

Cogeco have not shared the money with us, nor upgraded their service. My internet drops every 15 minutes @CRTCeng HELP!!
