@candacelynnxo @cogecohelps And how is a contractor cutting a fiber for Cogeco thier fault... Call before you dig people... Iv been with Cogeco for 7 years. I can remember maybe 10 prolonged outages... Cogeco is doing a fine job for a midsize ISP. If you want to over pay go to bell. Service is worse.

Hey @cogecohelps @cogeco no service in Burlington area. Says no outages in our area. Will this take long. We work from home? Have tried all troubleshooting. All lights are on and green

@cogecohelps No outage eh....every down detector website is saying there is widespread outage since 10:00. For god sake man...update your the Cogeco website! Still says no outage detected for Petawawa
