Steve Faguy (@fagstein) reportedCogeco received #CRTC approval to shut down CKYK-FM-1 96.9, a retransmitter of KYK 95.7 in Alma, after arguing the additional transmitter is redundant except in a small sliver north of the city, and not worth the cost. The transmitter was originally approved in 2008.

Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reportedCogeco clearly stated they collect congestion data at each and every node as part of proper network planning #CRTC. And this is what I said, this data should be on their website when a customer looks up their address, in real time.

Mark Goldberg (@Mark_Goldberg) reported@tedwoodhead @cogeco @MBDan7 People seem to think these #CRTC labels will fix rural fixed wireless. How? If there is a competitor, people would switch - but there usually isn't a competitor. So, it ultimately comes down to spectrum, towers, economics. Everyone wants 5-bars, but they don't want new towers

Cars-Sports-News (@CarsSportsNews) reported@cogeco not happy with the results of the service call today. I was led to believe they did something that they did not. How do I follow up?
