@cogeco Was this caused due to internet traffic overload? Hopefully your taken steps will prevent it from happening again. Were you able to put in place back up plans so that your web page and call center don’t get locked out like they did today during this large outage? Thanks

@Krock1057 @cogeco Call @cogeco and get a credit on your bill. Just ask if you experienced an outage! Why pay for something you didnt get!

@justincooke182 @cogeco If DNS is down you could also hard code DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1. COGECO could even temporarily make their DHCP service hand this out automatically avoiding any static entries. We were not affected as we don’t use COGECO for DNS.
