Hey @TekSavvyBuzz it's shady that when I change internet plans, you charge for the new service on day I subscribe, not the day the new internet its connected (2 weeks ltr). Intentional overbilling & leaving it to customers to correct you isn't a good practice. Moving to @cogeco

  • PaultSpeck Paul Speck (@PaultSpeck) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco Really? This is your response? Do you think it is responsible to ask people to get in line at the Post office to return a broken tv converter? Do yeah think you may just want to wait until the LOCKDOWN is over??? WTF

  • murbrab Murbrab (@murbrab) reported

@cogecohelps It’s more than an inconvenience now, a blip in service is an inconvenience, over 4 hours of outage in the middle of the day needs another description - shocking service provision by @cogeco comes to mind. But after all we are just customers, why would we matter

  • murbrab Murbrab (@murbrab) reported

@cogecohelps I get that they are trying to fix it, my frustration is the glib use of the ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ message. If @cogeco was more focussed on providing excellent service and value for money given what we pay each month, the use of glib meaningless phrases would be zero

  • MikeIsCanadian Mike😷 🇨🇦 (@MikeIsCanadian) reported

@jackwgreenberg @cogecohelps Cogeco Cable went down for me in Burlington.

  • waiwode Doug Pirko hopes to be regarded as mildly amusing. (@waiwode) reported

If Cogeco didn’t own the wires, locally, I wouldn’t stay with them. 2 tech appointments missed with “they called and there was no answer” not matching up with my blank calls rec’d/missed display. Cogeco is the worst.

@cogecohelps Graham again my provider goes through cogeco i dont have an account but my provider has sent ANOTHER ticket to you guys to get out here and fix my interbet

  • Ajay_Syfy Aj@¥ (@Ajay_Syfy) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco Help it make sense - I pay extra $35 for superspportspack with 35 channels & paid for sportsnet bundle with 6 sportsnet channels. Today the 2 NBA game I want to watch are on new sportsnet 360 channel that you have to add. Seems like a money grab scenario?

  • jackwgreenberg Jack Greenberg (@jackwgreenberg) reported

@cogeco - Having issues with WiFi. Is there a blackout in Oakville right now?

  • murbrab Murbrab (@murbrab) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco But you don’t even public show on your website that there is currently a problem, are you trying to hide real service issues @cogeco
