    @cogecohelps Can Cogeco get the problem resolved with the US channels, trying to watch US Open and for last hour saying experiencing technical difficulties and will be resolved shortly. Currently all pixelated and unwatchable!!!

    To anyone considering services by @bell @Bell_Support , I highly recommend you look elsewhere like Starlink or Cogeco or anyone else. I've spent over 50hrs on their phone line trying to coordinate my fiber move and they're beyond incompetent and treat their customers like ****.

    @swingwell @BurlingtonHydro Yep! I got a generic text from Cogeco, and went to their outage map. Much better customer service.

    .@Cogeco cable representatives must not want to do their jobs, if they're making customers wait forever on the phone just to speack with someone over a cable issue. Why not try hiring people who won't put customers on hold for over 10 minutes or longer! @Cogecohelps 🙄

    Hopefully Cogeco, Rogers, and other companies can learn from this and never treat peoples property like this. Still in shock. Sinkhole in my driveway, grass growing through the bricks. Just wait until someone trips and hurts themselves? Someone say suit?

    Little rain and some wind not that bad of a small thunderstorm… internet goes out… niice to know im paying close to 100 bucks for just internet to lose service every storm! @cogeco
