    @cogeco @cogecohelps 3 Work orders, 2 overdue work orders, and not a SINGLE PERSON came out to fix my internet that hasn’t worked for a MONTH!!! 25 year customer and two businesses with you and a supervisor won’t even call me back! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

    What is #cogecoepico? How is this different from the current cable box I have with Cogeco? Is it an added service or does it replace my cable box? Do I need smart TV for it to work?
