Anyone else having issues with #Epico Constant buffering, freezing, lagging. @cogeco @cogecohelps I have to unplug and reset about 6 times a week. Should be called #Lameo

Just spent 1.5 hours of my life on the phone with Cogeco just to change my service from gigabit to 360. Billing says they have to transfer me they said there's no wait, transfer me to tech and wait 1.5 hours. @cogeco going to Bell! @cogecohelps

I am so annoyed with start and cogeco we called to have our internet installed 3wks ago for the day after we moved in and our tech never showed up and they gave us 24-48 hrs to hear back on a new appt and guess what it has been 48hrs and they still can’t provide us with an appt😡

@1ayymed I used to have Cogeco and it was pretty good, my parents switched to Bell and I've been having the same issue, got reported for lag switching bc of the "Bell Canada Teleport Peek" in league matches/pugs, been happening for the past almost month for me
