    @cogecohelps cogeco was here yesterday at condo building,noise in line(?). He left and we have been without internet since. Tech support made us do the rest of modem, didnโ€™t work. Tech/service needs to fix this

    9 hours this week alone on hold as a terminally ill customer.Complaints made to @CCTS_CPRST and @CRTCeng About Cogeco mobile.Their licence to operate should be removed. How Iโ€™ve been treated for 4 months is disgusting. I want my 4 months of money back .My 25 hours of time back

Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies. The outage page on our website is currently affected, and we will be posting updates here once we have more information. We are working as fast as possible to resolve this issue.
