@cogeco I am in Leafs region and regional games on @Sportsnet ontario are blacked out. When regional game is on @TSN_Sports I get the game. Please fix.

I helped my parents switch internet away from @cogeco because of the slow upload speed. Fifty megabits per second upload is slow. Seven months after switching to a competitor, a contracted technician with no signage on his van was rude and cut my father's two coaxial cables outside instead of unscrewing theirs and left almost a meter of coaxial on the line at the road. A month later, two Cogeco sales men showed up at supper time were audibly annoyed while asking why we switched to a competitor and offered "the highest speed" and did not want to say if the upload speed is close to a thousand megabits per second.

@cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

@cogeco why do you charge an arm and a leg for services that crash CONSTANTLY?! Each time an issue comes up… you increase your prices….
