    @cogeco Still out in St Catharines. Service was on for a solid 20 min then out again. Modem reset did not fix.

    @BarryRunions @Carminevittori5 @cogeco It's not the hour of internet savings cuz obviously that wouldb stupid to fight something like that, it's the disrespect for the customer, for u might've an hr, for others prolly didn't realized the service was down but for some that might've been really important.

    @cogeco I know you’ve mentioned that the issue is now fixed - but my router still hasn’t come back online even after a reboot. Do we know the ETA on this?

    @NikCHussle @cogeco All the more reason to voice your displeasure, my neighbour has tech savvy and he was never out. They use cogeco lines so that means it was a DNS problem. If you change your router settings you'll get internet again. Plenty of people have done this to fix the problem.

    @cogecohelps #cogecooutage #cogeco apparently it's fixed.. Not here in Thorold.. try calling customer support and it says "no" and hangs up

    @cogeco i know ya all said this was fixed but, HELLO, no, it's not. just because we are able to connect, doesn't mean the issues are resolved. slow, horrible speed. disconnections. craziness. And, it's ALWAYS poor service other days. What is going on?

    @b4technology @cogeco The internet to my house is down. The end as far as I can tell. (It resumed fairly promptly.) And I know nothing about you. And you think I might do what?!

    @CassandraWasney @killerbanker @cogeco Exact Same... I'd never heard of an internet outage before nor reset my modem and I'd been with those "other guys" for 7+ yrs... now it's a weekly event... 🤔
