@cogeco can you please explain to me why a 3 year contract got moved to a 10 year contract and today I look at my bill and its 15 years... how does that happen... if you are a cogect customer review you bill you might see 180 month... thats 15 years

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

Cogeco clearly stated they collect congestion data at each and every node as part of proper network planning #CRTC. And this is what I said, this data should be on their website when a customer looks up their address, in real time.

  • DRTI30 TheAvidOutdoorsman 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 (@DRTI30) reported

@Canada19428452 @Blindsite2k @Starlink It does matter, regions do not have fibre/cogeco which is exactly the case here. For satellite internet, this far it's the fastest there is, we have tried all...they advertise speeds "up to" but it never happens.

  • to_eme EmeTO (@to_eme) reported

@cogecohelps any clue on why Cogeco is down in St Catharines & when it will be back up. Not a peep out of you & this is the 5th time this year my Internet has gone out & I work from home

  • Mark_Goldberg Mark Goldberg (@Mark_Goldberg) reported

@tedwoodhead @cogeco @MBDan7 People seem to think these #CRTC labels will fix rural fixed wireless. How? If there is a competitor, people would switch - but there usually isn't a competitor. So, it ultimately comes down to spectrum, towers, economics. Everyone wants 5-bars, but they don't want new towers

  • CarsSportsNews Cars-Sports-News (@CarsSportsNews) reported

@cogeco not happy with the results of the service call today. I was led to believe they did something that they did not. How do I follow up?

  • serizah ari ☾ (@serizah) reported

@cogecohelps is cogeco down again in K6V :( website says no but my internet just cut out and usual troubleshooting isn’t working

  • Mrs_Baseball Crystal Craig (@Mrs_Baseball) reported

A few days ago, we switched our internet from Bell to Cogeco. Now, I'm currently experiencing location issues when logging into some of my sportsbooks. When it rains, it pours.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@tedwoodhead @cogeco Had to run out mid-way during Cogeco. They aren't wrong... but, they are paying the price for the other bad actors out there. Rogers, Telus and some resellers aren't exactly customer friendly and do screw people. Everyone pays the price for the bad apples.
