  @gzilly4 @cogeco After more than 1 hour I’ll call during the week they really are a brutal service the blue screen of death pixelation like it’s an illegal box and the leaf broadcast I know on my phone 40 seconds before my tv does re the outcome of the game.

  My F1 race on Cogeco shows a blank screen. Whats wrong now. Seems every week there are issues with our TV programming. Damn.

  @cogecohelps How do I find out WHEN internet service will be provided to my address in J0T 1J0 I know Cogeco has been contracted to expand service in the Laurentian’s. But no one can tell me when. It’s been almost a year since the Government funding has been provided. Still NO SERVICE AT ALL

  @cogecohelps @JamieCasselman I’m also in this area and a number of cogeco customers on my street (including me) have been dealing with spotty service all day and an outage for the past hour and a bit.

  Give me strength - I have to go to Cogeco today to get them to swap out our digital cable box that no longer works. I know I will be treated like an idiot (are you sure it was plugged in?) and offered dubious solutions. I’m ready - a new cable box or cancel the account.

  Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps after 5 years we decided to switch to another provider because we needed a more steady connection but no other issues. BUT while trying to cancel we were treated in the worst way,you guys really don’t care. Big disappointment and lack of long term vision
