@cogeco @cogecohelps Out again for the third time today - any info on when you will be out. Do we charge you for the data and hotspot that my husband, 2 kids and I have had to utilize to continue to work? We are still expected to work even when Cogeco has issues. 3x in 1 day seems like a big issue

  • sssjolsen Mooma (@sssjolsen) reported

@cutefungirl @outagedetect @cogeco And had issues in Milton... hard to work from home with poor internet access!

  • fedefern1984 Federico Fernandez (@fedefern1984) reported

@kenbuisman @cogeco hey Ken, don't worry, when I called to complain, @cogeco told me they would give me around 30cts back for the service interruption as a compensation, LOL!

  • caltek79 Jay Callaghan (@caltek79) reported

@FiskFoulPole @cogeco @cogecohelps lol...issues with Rogers customers as well so broader issue than just Cogeco.

  • Mikemmarchand Michael Marchand (@Mikemmarchand) reported

@cogecohelps @px1wx2 @cogeco Apologies are if no use when you need the service you've prepaid for..utter bull

  • commons65091701 commonsense (@commons65091701) reported

I would call @cogeco requesting a discount due to the ongoing service disruptions however they only give better rates to new customers rather than those they have had for 15+ years. Loyalty is so 1990.

  • LoveJeter02 Mel (@LoveJeter02) reported

@cogeco Still having issues in Tecumseh. Been off and on constantly.

  • fedefern1984 Federico Fernandez (@fedefern1984) reported

@cogeco @cogecohelps still issues in Burlington

  • KevinC_Mohawk Kevin C. Mohawk (@KevinC_Mohawk) reported

@globalnewsto How come Cogeco is having issues when many other smaller ISPs do not. What is going on at Cogeco?

  • trackofalljades Drew Wallner (@trackofalljades) reported

@erinpepler @cogeco If we treated education as a critical service, the teachers would have the support, infrastructure, and training to make this irrelevant...it’s absurd that we have them using residential class broadband for work. Cogeco’s business customers had zero downtime this week.
