    @cogecohelps @cogeco @startca So when my mother-in-law is using an older non-wifi modem, she would have to change her whole service to get a wifi one? She couldn’t just upgrade the modem?

    @maddferret84 My internet dude. Not working. Little bit of everything. Weather caused my internet to stop working and Cogeco and the city are doing nothing about it. Even hard wired my modem. It’s all ****** up man. My ***** are swollen

    @cogeco once again, never seems to fail. They say between 11-2 and it is now 1:30 and my wife and I both have to go to work. Saw 2 vans just sitting in a parking lot the other day doing absolutely nothing for a good 2 hours. This company is absurd. Holy smokes
