    Cogeco just confirmed service is down in the area. Ontario Hydro is working on it. Hopefully sooner than later.

    @cogeco your representatives are rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. The latest price increase is ridiculous and you should be ashamed of yourselves for profiting off a pandemic only to price gauge your clients who have been loyal. #Cancelling

    @cogeco How about waving my charges for the terrible internet service my street has been having for the past 2 weeks. Westend Kgtn 20 year subscriber.... Bell trucks are fixing the internet by taking your customers.

    Moved away from @Bell because of their abysmal customer service... turns out @Cogeco is no better sooo going back to Bell where at least their hardware isn't insecure. I'd advise you stop using Cogeco immediately.

    @RogerD416 No actual #MVNO will emerge under these newly detailed old decisions. Doesn't help large regionals as they already have network sharing or roaming deals (Videotron, Freedom, Eastlink). Does not help potential new entrants e.g. Cogeco or Xplorenet either. Nothing-burger. New wrap.

    @cogeco the worst internet service pods that you have to pay for barely give you 10mb of 1 tB available it’s a joke I have to use my mobile cellular to watch Netflix on my tv I create a hotspot with it. The pods are garbage which is an understatement.

    As usual @cogeco is having an hours long outage affecting all services. As usual call us back when our crap service resumes to be inconvenienced again to get a credit. How can your service possibly be this bad.
