    @NicoleG07183977 @cogeco @cogecohelps Me too. Internet went down last night and still nothing. I have reset my modem twice with no luck. 3rd time in a month. I honestly don’t know what I pay for.

    @cogecohelps We were told if you had a bad credit rating or you were a risk of stealing the box they would sell it to you..This came from a customer service representative at one of your cogeco stores.. Hmmmm. Can you clarify this??

    @cogecohelps @cogeco @TekSavvyBuzz I'm not a telecommunications expert but can you Peter explain to me how there's not issues for two years and then all of a sudden issues? Also I get we might not be direct customers but you guys don't keep records when you cut someone's lines?

    @cogeco @cogecohelps oh to top it off your supervisor tells me it's not your guys problem to deal with except your the reason I'm paying money out of my pocket to use data so who's helping me with that?
