    @cogecohelps We have had very bad and sometimes no internet for the last month or more. Multiple calls to cogeco. We were told to change out the modem. We did that. Followed all cogeco instructions. Others on our street have had the same problems.

    It’s going to take two days to create a ticket to fix my phone. 4 months now and @cogeco new mobile service is a mess. I don’t suggest switching to them.They’ve made a ticket to help me but they can’t figure out why my phone can’t make phone calls. 😡

    @cogecohelps Oh no? Pay me half my days wage. Do your damn job and show up when you say you are. Useless. Need more competition in this country to get rid of loser companies like cogeco
