    @Niagara_411 They’re never directly informed to customers, but their cogeco site for internet status does list planned maintenance days, its usualy very early morning or very late at night for least disruptions, since off peak

    @cogeco hey so I haven’t had. A full day of internet for a week now and it’s been unstable for the past 6 months how is it this hard to provide a good service….

    @cogecohelps my parents have been reporting Cogeco internet service going out intermittently all day in Port Colborne. They rely on internet for IPTV 📺to function. Please fix!
