    @alancross @cogeco Cogeco is, by far, the worst telecom service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Switch to anyone else.

    Wow @cogeco @cogecohelps outage during Masters. It's like the old days of failures middle of Super Bowls middle of Tyson fight. How many 9's do you provide? Five 9s? Four? Three 9s?

    @Bell .. trouble shoot and ensure connections are tight when installation guy was already supposed to do that and won't just send him back. Problem still unsolved. You're a bloated monopoly that's grossly inefficient. We'd have stayed with @Cogeco with its better staff, but crap tech.

    @cogeco. Holy ****! They call me telling me I owe them money. Been with them for a little over a month. I have to tell them I’ll call them back. I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! 🙄

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogeco lots of Cogeco problems again today in Colborne - ?? - becoming frustrating - wifi cable TV almost a coin flip as to whether or not it will work lately - any resolution in sight? Thx

    @cogeco screw Detroit fans again. Putting on the Carolina feed. So we will not get to see the Fedorov number retired. Thank Cogeco!!! Always sucks having you as my cable company!!!!

    @MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan For 1Gbs internet with Bell my family was at one point being quoted 112$ ans that was in the full bundle. Cogeco gave us 50$ for the same thing. Bell has better infrastructure but if a new customer goes to get their 1Gbs it only costs about 60$. Both have discount brands
