    @peggy_blair i switched to rogers from cogeco, rogers was $50/mo and the rep said, "hang on. let me see if i can get you a better deal before you leave." she came back & said, "we can give you the same service for $49.99". i laughed & laughed & still switched. they're all the same. ugh

    @alancross @cogeco Cogeco is, by far, the worst telecom service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Switch to anyone else.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @Bell @cogeco @MarkJCarney You even admitted the temporary phone # should be working, but you don't want to fix it until you've excluded every remote possibility it's not your fault when IT'S YOUR DAMN FAULT. Also don't require verification codes to unsubscribe from marketing emails I never requested.

    @cogeco Your support page says "No Outage Detected" but it has a message on the same page saying you are investigating an issue impacting TV services - so this page should say an "Outage is detected"

    Months later and @cogeco still can't figure out its issues with @CNBC . Regular blue screen of "technical difficulties."

    @cogeco your service is horrible. Epico is terrible. Completely random technology. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Your customer service is worse. After 6 months of being polite I am done. You suck.

    I spend more time on the phone with @cogeco these days than people from my own family. @cogeco sucks. Do better
