    @cogecohelps I already spoke to Cogeco. They already took all steps. I’m sending back this crappy ‘new’ modem & reinstalling my previous one the company gave me that never lagged or buffered & speeds were already at almost 1T. It’s now lower.

    @cogecohelps @Wender_25 How about Cogeco reaching out to me? Everyday epico freezes, remote often doesn’t fully function yes with fresh batteries. It’s just a bad product.

    @cogeco Does your service outage for the 5th day in a row makes you proud and different? Fix your service already why do we pay 120$+ for a service that barely works?

    @cogecohelps hi Cogeco. I just reset my router about an hour ago and has been having issues loading back up stuck on the "Online" option with no other signals or cues.
