    It took me 3 hours to walk home with my sick child.I couldn’t get any taxi fare and the buses don’t run to where the clinic was .Tatiana had strep and was misdiagnosed by the urgent care yesterday. My phone isn’t working and Cogeco says two days for a fix.i am at my wits end

    @MamaStyles77 @cogeco @cogecohelps Steven, Sandra or whoever is on right now, help Member get her service or funds restored. She could not make calls during hospital trip this week. That is concerning. Do better.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps terribly disappointed with the manner in which customer is treated by the so-called Loyalty team. I would not recommend anyone taking Cogeco’s internet!

    @alancross Cogeco seems like the only provider having problems. Every other provider seems normal.
