    @cogeco The cogeco phone line now says “this number is no longer in service. “.... wtf cogeco.

    @cogeco This caps 6 months of appalling service. At least 5 tech support calls and an unanswered complaint letter to the CEO.

    Great participation by students this morning in their virtual meetings. However, Cogeco internet is currently down and so things are on hold until a solution is found.

    If your Cogeco is down, update your DNS to get going again. There are many choices, I recommend 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8 or 208.67.222.222 #cogeco
