@cogeco, it's fair to say that your're app sucks. That's all.

  • Timeforteatwo Matt Slowikowski (@Timeforteatwo) reported

@dmacpher Recent upgrades to rural fiber in my area - moved from WCCT (a local thing) to Cogeco + bell. Never had Starlink even though many of my neighbors swore by it.

  • tedwoodhead Ted Woodhead (he/him) (@tedwoodhead) reported

Commissioner Abramson asks @cogeco whether nutrition labels are actually useful? He says some consumer groups say they would be useful to consumers. If anyone spent time with front line team members they would conclude not a single customer ever seeks a nutrition label. Not one.

  • BMystyk Scarlett Bob 🧬🇨🇦♂️. (@BMystyk) reported

@cogeco I should be able to cancel my services without having to speak to someone in retention, right from the website.

  • RobertLaing10 Robert Laing (@RobertLaing10) reported from Presqu'ile Point, Ontario

Don't forget in the Brighton ON area, stay away from cogeco. In 2 years cogeco has not shown one show ore movie that has not ****** up, had bad sync or just dropped from the system. Waching cogeco is like pulling teeth. I am going to ride you cogeco until you fix you garbage.

  • reneenetrop OnTropolis (@reneenetrop) reported

@cogeco is there an outage in Peterborough? No internet for over an hour and resetting doesn't fix. Assuming it's not just my connection but a bigger issue?

  • Mark_Goldberg Mark Goldberg (@Mark_Goldberg) reported

@tedwoodhead @cogeco About #CRTC nutrition labels: MP @MBDan7 said this morning that customers are frustrated with rural fixed wireless speeds, reliability. That doesn't get fixed by labels. It takes infrastructure investment. Need to stop doing stupid stuff that gets in the way of capital spending

  • RobertLaing10 Robert Laing (@RobertLaing10) reported from Presqu'ile Point, Ontario

Cogeco just dropped the line in the livingroom. Buyer Beware. Cogeco is horrible cable. Thieves. Stay away.

  • kboxlive Kevin Siddique (@kboxlive) reported

@carrytelca @cogeco I had to explain that I WFH and lost work hours. I also had to tether my phone so my family could have Internet. I also had to point out that I've been a customer for >6 years. The best they can do is 10 days credit plus $5. That's about $30 credit which I had to take or lose.

  • BMystyk Scarlett Bob 🧬🇨🇦♂️. (@BMystyk) reported

@cogeco It would be nice if there was a place on the website where I could cancel my services or terminate the services and not have to move it.
