@lizzyerts @cogeco I switched to Cogeco after having Bell for 20 years, may have been a bug mistake, these boxes are constantly freezing. I called they sent me 2 wifi pod extenders for free & still a problem, they said it was no charge then I get a statement 2 days and they want to charge me?

@David_Moscrop I used TS for well over a 10y, until Cogeco refused to respond to a tech issue at my house. Had to switch to Cogeco to get the issue fixed. Perils of a reseller, unfortunately - low priority tickets in the repair queue. The TS staff even told me that was the issue.

@bedambata_b Good morning, We did indeed have a technical issue with the Epico service for about an hour yesterday. Everything should be fixed since around 7pm yesterday. Sorry for the inconvenience! Francis - Cogeco
