    @driver_error Guess they changed to high fibre and our equipment is wrong!!!! WTF why weren’t we notified. So no @cogeco till next week. Wife only talked to 5 different people and they all just pass the buck

    @cogecohelps My COGECO Internet is not working. This is happening very often. Now even after repeated resets it still not working. Unable to contact support which keeps asking for personal ID number which is not provided. On the App the AI assistant is useless

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogecohelps Once I opened a ticket and Cogeco recognized the outage, they resolved it. But, your support should not have waited for a customer to convince you of an outage in your own network. Aren't you monitoring your network for outages and impact 24/7 ?

    @cogeco I am in Leafs region and regional games on @Sportsnet ontario are blacked out. When regional game is on @TSN_Sports I get the game. Please fix.
