Norm (@quietlybless) reported@cogeco HORRIBLE service for months. Customer service manipulates people over the phone to avoid issuing credits. Will be requesting large refund when contract is over & calls are reviewed @CRTCeng

Also don't require verification codes to unsubscribe from marketing emails I never requested.

Loud mouth (@solkumar) reported@cogeco raised my monthly invoice right out of the blue by $50. Poor service and pathetic customer support. Called to cancel and they only work 9 to 5 from Monday to Friday. These people should be taken to code or causing misery to their customers.

HumbertOst (@christiancont) reported@cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!
