    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

    @cogecohelps Once I opened a ticket and Cogeco recognized the outage, they resolved it. But, your support should not have waited for a customer to convince you of an outage in your own network. Aren't you monitoring your network for outages and impact 24/7 ?

    @cogeco is so inept. Customer service does not exist. 3 hours on the phone and not one person seems to know who is responsible for what.

    @cogeco Set top box is still out. Seriously, a day and a half. Yes, I've reset it multiple times and even reset my modem, hoping it would find a signal.

    I spend more time on the phone with @cogeco these days than people from my own family. @cogeco sucks. Do better

    @cogeco Anyone out there have trouble with Cogeco? We left Bell and went with them in Dec. Having nothing but problems. Live in southwestern Ontario. Any suggestions?

    I just ate a granola bar. Instead of throwing the wrapper in the garbage I threw it at my Cogeco router. I’m doing my part and saving the environment, putting trash where it belongs.

    @cogeco @cityburlington @cogeco — you guys officially have the worst customer support in the market. My bill jumped from $70 to $140 because my “promotion ended.” Even in the worst case, $140 for 1 Gbps is robbery.

    @cogeco lots of Cogeco problems again today in Colborne - ?? - becoming frustrating - wifi cable TV almost a coin flip as to whether or not it will work lately - any resolution in sight? Thx
