    @BrinkoftheWorld @Mikeggibbs It is. Though it was not as smooth as usual for me on Monday. It made me queue twice in a row. A bit of a wait. Then I never received my confirmation code to finalize my appointment. But maybe Cogeco was to blame. It finally worked with another email address.

    @cogecohelps Cogeco - Please don't make me regret the shift to you guys - its been 3 days and the internet is not fixed ! why cant I get the customer service I deserve !

    @cogeco around 8 mb is my internet speed tonight shut off everything rebooted the router and 8.57 mb is supposed to be close to 1 terabyte. Wtf am I paying for DSL is faster.

    @cogecohelps my internet keeps dropping in my upper floor home office although I have wifi extensions from Cogeco. I dont know how to resolve this issue?

    @NoMansion_RL I called the company @cogeco to see but it says they are gonna be installing it eventually but no tech support gave me a official date :/

    //pro tip.... Never buy cogeco wifi plans Nothing but problems since i got it 🙄 Like you have one ******* job Provide internet. Cant even do that right.

    Yikes @cogeco guy at my door trying to get us to switch legit just asked me if I pay the bills or my husband does. Ummm, what? Have you updated your training manual in the last 30 years? Epic fail.

    @cogecohelps We still cannot connect the iPad to our Cogeco shows. It continues to come up as, ‘Sign in error.’ The technician yesterday said it was an app issue. When will it be resolved?
