@cogeco is the worst internet provider ever. If you like your streaming to constantly buffer, or better yet your internet to go down with no explanation for a week choose @cogeco . I know when my contract is over they will never see a dime from me again

@ashley88817465 Cogeco is from Quebexico... so outages are normal Quality Internet, cell service is third world standards in Canada anyway

@cogecohelps @cogeco Up your end of the “contract” by providing the service I have apparently been locked into. Additionally, I have been on the line for 45 minutes and I am now getting a $5 credit — for 4 days of interrupted internet.

@cogecohelps @cogeco Meh, I'm good, it's not so much the 'tech issue'. I'll just sit on hold half the day only to fix it myself in the end anyways I'm sure. Again, you guys need someone that actually knows how to do stuff, and speaks fluently in both English & French DM me! Lolz 🤙🏼

@cogeco I see my phone is down too. If a cell phone is a requirement in the event of an emergency to offset your constant outages, how about if you underwrite the cost of my phone service. I didn't ***** at your previous outages over the last few days, but I'm done.

@cogeco absolutely terrible service. I have called into your call centre twice now and got horrible service from your reps. I have asked to speak with a manger twice and both times I was hung up one. Brutal
