@cogecohelps why does it always take so long to login to Cogeco via the sportsnet app? And frequently get a 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable nginx/1.19.1 error? Not enough capacity to handle multiple authentication tasks?

@cogeco Yeah, if you could have a redundant network that doesn't go down when one link goes down that'd be great, especially when you charge 100$/month for it or more...

@cogecohelps @cogeco we have had no internet since 12 hrs now and the dispatch couldn’t send a technician till Monday, despite our ongoing issues since 3 weeks! And you are the only ISP, imagine our frustration

@Menagerieof22 "keep" -- I'm employed by a TPIA that serves these lines. This is the first time fibre has been cut in that area in the course of the time I've worked for them. I rarely see issues in Pembroke/Petawawa. My advice is to work with Cogeco as it's likely isolated to you.

@cogeco That really happen often. Kids can’t follow their online class and. Home phone line not working as well. Security issues for my kids. So I need to stay home.
