    What a crappy service it is. Calling customer service twice, and after listening each time for a while for useless suggestions, I heard: "Thank you for calling Cogeco ", and was disconnected twice. How disrespectful and rude it is. I'm done with Cogeco.

    @cogeco not just cancelling the Cogeco mobile, I'm helping Cogeco by cancelling my internet service too... now cogeco won't ever have to worry about me again, problem solved

    @cogeco Cogeco is a disgrace, & I will be getting at least 50% of of my 9 months service , back when they hear how I was spoken to on the phone. Lies & misogyny.

    I live in a townhome complex. Wifi has been down since noon when road crew cut cable. I called immediately and was told they would fix it THIS afternoon. This evening, I spent 1-1/2 hours on hold with @cogeco only to be told it will be another 24-48 hours!!

    @cogeco Just got off the chat with one of your very unhelpful support staff. I truly wonder you’d need me to type out every single information on my profile when you can send me a security code for my confirmation using my name and ac number ive given. I may have to jump ship
