    @cogeco Seems to be still down in Windsor. I had my wife try to restart modem and router and it's red.

    @cogecohelps Thank you! I did get through eventually & spoke to Amy at Retention. A question though - in every customer focused industry, loyalty is rewarded. But at COGECO , i end up paying higher charges every year. And the explanation given is that I had a promo rate! Why?

    @cogeco and @cogecohelps. Long-time customer with no real issues. However, the switch to a new modem last week has been nothing short of a disaster. 3 technicians out to correct connection issues, and still the issue persists. Tech support have been zero help whatsoever. 👎

    @cogeco fibre is still dark. Site says an outage in the area (no kidding). @Bell is installing fibre around the corner, so . . .

    @cogeco Too late Jodi Tek Savvy is coming on Friday to replace your garbage service and I advise anyone else having issues to do the same

    @JackDan110 @Rogers Funny enough, this also happens in @cogeco service areas where Rogers can only offer mobile service…. Is it possible these are freelancers chasing sign ups?

    @cogeco Next time you send a rep to Lindsay and tell me /ask me about joining the winning team .I think It would be a great idea to know who is already on the team .I don't feel like it matters to you all that much that I already have your service .I don't feel special🙄

    @JackDan110 @Rogers Bell & Cogeco are the same... had some guy that wouldn't leave... I finally told him I was going to call the police & he still tried to put be down & sell me something at the same time... I closed the door & he started doing cicrles in the driveway, eventually left...just weird!!

    @cogeco how can you charge money for a service you can’t provide? The internet hasn’t worked all weekend and your techs are completely useless. Can you send me the number for a real internet provider please
