@JonJurmain Are you or those clients with Cogeco? *I* got blacklisted by Cogeco out of the blue as a spammer several weeks ago. I rarely even send out CC emails much less lists. It resolved after I complained but they never notified me; I had to keep sending tests out.

@cogecohelps @cogeco Just don’t do it. Many elderly will open the door with the agent standing right there. It’s a bad look on the company and could be unsafe. Total disregard for people’s safety and risk tolerance.
@cogecohelps When will cogeco return to normal connection? Your technician visited a month ago and said it was Cogeco's problem (not our modem or other things) but still no improvement. I'm an instructor giving online classes and my video call consantly disconnects.

@cogeco This month I have not had cable/net for over 5 hours. I expect to see these outages to be reflected on my next bill as I have not been provided the service I've paid for.
