Hopefully Cogeco, Rogers, and other companies can learn from this and never treat peoples property like this. Still in shock. Sinkhole in my driveway, grass growing through the bricks. Just wait until someone trips and hurts themselves? Someone say suit?

  • AnnaPreece_1980 Anna (@AnnaPreece_1980) reported

@swingwell @BurlingtonHydro Yep! I got a generic text from Cogeco, and went to their outage map. Much better customer service.

  • TheKMacKenzie1 Kristen MacKenzie (@TheKMacKenzie1) reported

.@Cogeco cable representatives must not want to do their jobs, if they're making customers wait forever on the phone just to speack with someone over a cable issue. Why not try hiring people who won't put customers on hold for over 10 minutes or longer! @Cogecohelps 🙄

  • MikeMarshall55 Michael Marshall (@MikeMarshall55) reported

@jm_731 @cogecohelps @cogeco Not sure why I have 3 channels not working. Good luck J
