@jdeq @cogeco The final insult was when the person on the phone at Cogeco hung up on me after I asked them to report to supervisor why I was canceling. Never going back.

@cogecohelps How do I find out WHEN internet service will be provided to my address in J0T 1J0 I know Cogeco has been contracted to expand service in the Laurentian’s. But no one can tell me when. It’s been almost a year since the Government funding has been provided. Still NO SERVICE AT ALL
