    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

    I spend more time on the phone with @cogeco these days than people from my own family. @cogeco sucks. Do better

    @cogecohelps That's problem with Cogeco. You don't listen. I should get the Detroit feed every night. It makes no sense. I get the Colorado feed. I live a hour from Detroit. I complain a week or so ago. Cogeco switch to the Detroit feed. So I know Cogeco can put on whatever feed they want.

    @cogeco As of 10:15 pm our services have finally been fixed. 13 total hours out of service! When should I see a refund for services lost?

    @cogeco Anyone out there have trouble with Cogeco? We left Bell and went with them in Dec. Having nothing but problems. Live in southwestern Ontario. Any suggestions?

    @cogeco lots of Cogeco problems again today in Colborne - ?? - becoming frustrating - wifi cable TV almost a coin flip as to whether or not it will work lately - any resolution in sight? Thx

    @peggy_blair @FireAndIce48 I feel exactly the same way. Cogeco the exact same bs! It infuriates me. My mother's bill in one year went up 89%! I refuse to pay for cable, I have antenna tv, use locally owned internet provider with awesome service & a streaming service. These companies don't care about you.
