@chengeling I once called Cogeco to cancel my PARENTS sub. No question asked. Done in 10min. But yeah Bell & Videotron can be like that. I use 'i wanna quit' to get deals off current sub. Person cant do a thing, they send you to other dept, and boom, 'newcomer price!'

Another garbage morning of superb service in Oakville from @cogecohelps Service since May 26th has been on and off. This morning another total outage, the 4th one in the past 5 days. Cogeco this is getting beyond absurd.

@AlfredShamaon @cogeco It wouldn't be such an issue if Cogeco would report an outage since obviously there is one. If you look on their sites it still says no outage.
