Caracticus Thirdaisi (@Caracticus) reported@TekSavvyBuzz Maybe it's time to break up the infrastructure from the service providers: make rogers, telus, bell, shaw/ cogeco, videotron, sasktel, etc. and the rest spin off their infrastructure as separate companies and force everyone to bid for access.
