    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Is Epico down ? None of the channels are connecting. Internet and home phone is functioning. Have reset the modem a few times already ?

    @cogecohelps At Cogeco Eastgate Hamilton. Waiting 40 mins for service. One single clerk to serve customers. Poor service!!!

    @cogecohelps It’s all fixed now, but it’s generally a pita. Why shouldn’t I go to Rogers or Bell? I had a Cogeco door knocker talk me into $110 a month and now it’s turned into $150 a month. I feel I got scammed.. why don’t we have NHL network? So many reasons to change providers atm

    @cogeco You sent me a final bill as our service is done, my father in law passed away, for $0.49.....50 cents. You really are going make me incur a etransfer charge with my bank for $0.49 cents? Seriously? No, are you really serious?
