    @eesa_rahim @cogeco I like Roger's :) I had them when I lived in the city and I had cable phone unlimited internet roger security for 120 a month that 3 more things for 40$ more and I didnt have this much issue.

    @cogecohelps unbelievably bad service- even worse than your usual uncaring support staff. I can not tell you how much I regret switching back to Cogeco. I thought in the 15 years I was with Bell things would have improved. Apparently not. I’m switching back.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco It is not the point cogeco the fact I am paying way to much for services that are problematic I have had bad service for 1 or 2 yrs and this is adding to the anger

    So neat. @cogeco goes offline twice in a week. You try to call support and it's offline. You try to call customer service to cancel the crappy service and... It's offline too. @cogecohelps can you please cancel my service?
