    @cogecohelps @cogeco @CRTCeng Tried that multiple times. Unfortunately your team is unreasonable and I have to stay home all day if I want to have a tech show up. It has been a problem since I purchased my house. If they would have done the job correct the first time we wouldn't be at this point.

    Well now not only do we have Cogeco causing problems now Canada Post is in on the act. They didn’t deliver an expected parcel yesterday and now there tracker shows that it won’t be delivered until sometime tomorrow or as their web site says “by end of business tomorrow”. Like WTF

    @itsmikemade @cogecohelps @cogecohelps Issues here as well, had cogeco reset modem. did all the basic troubleshooting, seems to be bigger issue. Please look into this!

    @cogeco @cogecohelps so internet up and down in my area since last Thursday while we try and work and school from home. Told service ticket is in but 5 to 7 days to resolve. Hello? Come on cogeco we deserve better.
