@cogeco It's now 8:30am the next day and the problem still exists. How does it take so long to fix this? it happens twice a year and I don't remember this happening before. So when is this going to get fixed?

@cogeco Obviously your weekend staff are high school students who know absolutely nothing about how to fix the problem .Why wouldn't you have called in the tech to fix it before Monday morning came ......Oh i see he was at the Toronto vs Buffalo game and got waisted

@cogeco It’s now Tuesday and it’s still not updated on any of our devices. In this day and age - seems weird that Cogeco hasn’t prepared for daylight savings time. Is there an actual fix coming for this?

@GeoffGates @verge Bell does 15mb/s at my address. Cogeco recently updated to over 300mb/s I’m not even that rural, our infrastructure just sucks and is so expensive

@cogecohelps Cogeco doesn’t provide every spring training because many aren’t televised. However, since spring training has started I’m wondering when games will be available. It’s part of the package that I’m paying for. It may seem trivial but this sort of thing is a consistent problem. Thx

@RenfrewCntyScan At least they do their repair/upgrade work during the night when it is least disruptive. I am seeing a lot of people complaining about Cogeco; maybe they are trying to improve their service.
