    Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps When are you updating your customers re. vaccination policy for your techs? I need a tech to come to my house but need to know if they will be double-jabbed. Your tech support does not have the answer.

    From firsthand experience, #cogeco business internet service is horrendous, from uptime to client care, no one cares, no one calls back and Managers start at 3pm. #cogecobusiness help...we are stranded....

    Hey @cogeco my wifi hasn’t worked for 4 hours is there outages in Ontario currently or is my fibre plan just being slow? I’d really appreciate some support I haven been on the phone for 30 minutes waiting

    @cogeco @cogecohelps @Bell To anyone using Cogeco internet and actually paying for it. Do yourself a favor and contact Bell for Fibe, if it's available in your area. Bell Fibe is night and day better! They will easily beat Cogeco price & service!

    @cogecohelps hey, really disappointed in your customer service and internet provision period. With the number of people working from home you would think Cogeco would be better. Cancels a service appointment and doesn’t call to inform the customer. You should be ashamed.

    Getting a bad us/ds connection on my router. Ive reset a few times. Is Cogeco down currently? @cogeco @cogecohelps

    @cogecohelps As a Cogeco customer I do not recommend it’s now been 5 years of tech support and people coming to my house replacing my modem replacing lines and still I can’t get the speeds I’m paying for I’m supposed to have 1000Mbps but instead I’m only getting 250Mbps they Will blame you
