Well, well, well, what a surprise, my stupid @cogeco #epico box froze again. God forbid I use the pause/fast forward option. @cogecohelps when are you going to offer a better TV service, no way this 💩 service is worth $171/month.

@cogeco @cogecohelps You really need to do better when it comes to guide data. Waiting until a day or two before to input football game schedule info is unacceptable. It’s not just this week… MANY times this season you have failed. Fix it.

@Mr_Bevers yeah I definitely should, considering cogeco just raised my rates- $102.50/mo + hst now for 180mps down/10mbps down, unlimited bandwidth (I use minimum 2000gb/mo)

Cogeco now down 14% after trimming this year's EBITDA forecast from 2-4% to 0.5-2%. Seems excessive to me. Remember when they had a takeout offer for $150? $CCA.TO

Beware of COGECO's agents in Ontario for giving you the wrong information about the minimum service suspension program while you're away. It might cost you hundreds of dollars unnecessarily.

I've been trying to get a hold of someone at @cogeco since 10:30 maybe earlier. Each time the line becomes open no one answers I have to hang up n start over. This is not how good business behaves. Udually never have an issue but since November my bill keeps going higher. 😡
