    @cogeco @cogecohelps Also no support by email, and no chat logs unless you are a subscriber?!?! WTF is that? Complete trash. You have sales people here weekly trying to get us to switch back and this is just making me more adamant that I never want to give you a penny ever again.

    @Dude93296982 @RedMaple2022 @Starlink Cogeco the same. Their customer service is very good, so im kinda stuck. Once Starlink takes over, all these cable companies are dead. Just like the phone booth

    @cb_doge That’s nice but can u cancel my cogeco subscription on my Indian reserve that just got internet service which we never never had for years and it was painful using **** satellites from other companies. Can you give people more of a competitive price because we have to stay with..

    @cogeco how do I talk to someone on weekends? Customer service is down till Monday ?? My Internet has been down since Friday night and still nothing sadly

    @MobileSyrup The issue with having all services together is if ISP is down, home phone is offline. Will Cogeco mobile phone service truly be separate on Telus' infrastructure or on Cogeco infrastructure? Try finding a payphone nowadays when hydro is off and one wants to contact utility.

    Starlink has gone down worldwide. It's still better than Cogeco.

    I had to call Cogeco yesterday to say it’s the second time in six months that their little, punk, scooter-boys, are rude and not welcome on my property. They don’t take ‘No’ for an answer, are patronizing, sarcastic and then when told a final time that I’m not interested, leave swearing, saying ‘Holy ****’ because I won’t give them the time to sell me. Terrible, invasive behaviour on their part. Came to my back screen door that was open instead of knocking on the front door. I am concerned for old ladies who would feel afraid at their aggressive behaviour. My neighbour called as well. @cogeco

    @cogeco So i made a payment yesterday like i was asked to do to avoid a suspension and it was still suspended. Ive had it with your company, can never talk to a hunan whwn you call and your app is garbage. I will be moving my service
