    From Cogeco We are currently repairing an outage impacting all services in some cities across Ontario. Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies.     @cogeco Cogeco is a disgrace, & I will be getting at least 50% of of my 9 months service , back when they hear how I was spoken to on the phone. Lies & misogyny.

    @cogeco your Epico system and customer support are the worst I have seen in 40 years. Channels work and then don't. DVR is garbage and try to even find the 1-800 number. We keep it on the fridge because you can't find it anywhere on the website which is useless.
