    @cogeco @cogecohelps we have been without internet for TWO WEEKS. Each time we call the for answers you’re surprised no one has fixed the issue. We both work from home and have spent over $400 on data. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

    The @TSN_Sports app not working properly with my @cogeco subscription.... I'm shocked... Those 2 companies are run so brilliantly I couldn't imagine either having issues. **** them

    Cogeco is down again! Cogeco went down at June 13, 2022 at 11:15AM in Ancaster. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. Cogecohelps

    Cogeco is a complete shambolic mess. Service out all day. Calm them and they say you have a ten minute wait. Twenty mins later I’m listening to the most annoying liar recorded voice I’ve ever heard.

    @swingwell @BurlingtonHydro Yep! I got a generic text from Cogeco, and went to their outage map. Much better customer service.

    @cogecohelps Can Cogeco get the problem resolved with the US channels, trying to watch US Open and for last hour saying experiencing technical difficulties and will be resolved shortly. Currently all pixelated and unwatchable!!!
