    @shawnhuelin @cogeco Doesn't help that every household with children is home trying to do virtual learning. Plus one are both parents trying to work remotely... We're asking a lot of our internet provider and it's not delivering.

    Another day, another #cogeco outage. I would change my dns, but then I can’t connect to my work server. Drat.

    @bluejaysfankim @ihoplad @cogeco Same! This is so annoying. My kids are in Mississauga so not Cogeco customers. Professionally this looks terrible on me - twice this week I can’t run my lessons.

    I’m hearing there are problems with Cogeco internet again. I’m on Cogeco and have no problems, but my DNS is set to Google servers (8.8.8.8) instead of Cogeco’s, so I’m assuming the problem is with Cogeco’s DNS servers again. If you can, change your router or device DNS settings.

    @cogeco Continued outages are absolutely unacceptable! Your service is atrocious. What is being done to compensate customers who are losing out on work because your servers can’t handle the customer base?
