  @cogecohelps unbelievably bad service- even worse than your usual uncaring support staff. I can not tell you how much I regret switching back to Cogeco. I thought in the 15 years I was with Bell things would have improved. Apparently not. I’m switching back.

  @cogecohelps @sapphire9692 @cogeco Twice in a week now? You do realize we’re all stuck at home and we need this to work and learn? I think you need to issue a blanket refund to your customers for both outages instead of making us all phone in for it. You’re making money hand over fist during a pandemic. Do it!
