Excellent customer service as usual @cogeco A province wide internet shutdown is a perfect excuse to not field incoming calls to your call center at all. Hanging up on your customers is not a great way to conduct business

  • janetdangkeske Janet Dang (@janetdangkeske) reported

Really not cool to have an outage and no way to get information other than on Twitter @cogeco - surprised to say I’m glad I can hotspot via @Rogers.

  • MrsAllison_11 Mrs. Allison (@MrsAllison_11) reported

@PeelSchools some of your staff that use @cogeco are having internet issues. I have been kicked out of my classroom for almost 2 hours.
