@cogeco I got tech support by phone and they promise service will be restored by 2:30. I hope so because my job requires internet acesss.

@cogeco No, I haven’t. The tv is out too. Not sure that rebooting the modem will help but I’ll try.

@cogeco Thanks for the reply. I won’t bother calling tech support & waiting forever. Still no tweet yet about the outage. These tools help reduce the number of calls, use them.

Cogeco's normally bad, but the last couple weeks they've been so bad that I've been mostly using my phone data for everything, even my computer

@cogecohelps @cogeco can’t believe this. New service was supposed to start on the 16th but you guys didn’t deliver any devices and now we’re not expecting it until atleast the 18th. This is how you guys start off a new service in 2020? Think it’s already time to switch providers.

@cogeco our internet has been dropping all week, it's down again- I am just about to reboot the modem, again. This is getting frustrating. :(

@Dunning_Mr Hi Andrew, yes currently there is an outage being posted by Cogeco for Milton. They are currently working on the issue to resolve but no ETA at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

@cogeco Hi, Cogeco is currently down at the moment. The internet is not working, I need it for my work. It is completely unacceptable that the internet doesnt function, as people are using this as their livelihood and need to use it daily, especially with WFH. Are there any outages?

@cogecohelps 1st 2 days of service with #cogeco and no devices delivered. Blame gets put on Canada Post even though you guys could be sending trucks out for same day delivery but you want to have better margins for Q4. Already missing @FibreStream and thinking about @StarlinkPage
