  Hey, @cogeco @cogecohelps the internet has gone down and a router reboot did not solve it. Tried calling support and it’s busy. What gives? Perhaps a tweet to update users affected?

  @cogeco I got tech support by phone and they promise service will be restored by 2:30. I hope so because my job requires internet acesss.

  @cogeco signed up for EPICO on oct and have had nothing but trouble.Freezing, wifi dropping, want to watch live sports? Forget it. tech guy came three times w no fix & I’m on daily calls w them. Told us yesterday in order for it to work properly we needed pods? At an additional cost.

  @AyuuniiArt We have Cogeco which I think is just Shaw. It's ****. We've been wanting to swap for a while. I had teksaavy for a little while in uni and it was good. That might be who we go with when we change.
