  @startca And yes, he is messaging you as well on Facebook, but we are both just tired of calling to no resolution. I HATE @cogeco with a fiery passion and would praise Start. But this is just taking so long to find a resolution it’s burning up the goodwill and experience that’s based on.

  @JadahParadox @leahvallee @comcast It's a monopoly. That's what happens. Canada isn't different. Just got up here and spent 4 days escalating support tickets thru Cogeco to enable MSNBC which is in our package. I'm pretty sure it was off for all of Ontario. I should get royalties.

  @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

  @cogeco you don't have a phone number anymore for technical support? It has been a week I have rebooted the modem three times. I am paying for one gigabyte per second service, but the damn thing is not working at all. It just keeps on stalling all the time.
