Getting ridiculous now. Restarted modem many times now. Been on hold for 30 min for tech support yet again... #cogeco

Just got up here and spent 4 days escalating support tickets thru Cogeco to enable MSNBC which is in our package. I'm pretty sure it was off for all of Ontario. I should get royalties.

I HATE @cogeco with a fiery passion and would praise Start. But this is just taking so long to find a resolution it’s burning up the goodwill and experience that’s based on.

The only issue Canada has with telecom, is that there is nothing to stop them from increasing that price on existing customers unless it's a contract price freeze deal

If I had the option to get Telus, I'd never, ever get Rogers or Bell again. I'd even take Cogeco over both of them. But, I really want Telus to come to Atlantic Canada.

Not only are there no humans to pick up the call, but the recorded messages they play while on hold are computer generated and mis-pronounce both “wi-fi” and the name of the company itself. It’s bizarre and awful.

Loud mouth (@solkumar) reported@cogeco raised my monthly invoice right out of the blue by $50. Poor service and pathetic customer support. Called to cancel and they only work 9 to 5 from Monday to Friday. These people should be taken to code or causing misery to their customers.
