@startca And yes, he is messaging you as well on Facebook, but we are both just tired of calling to no resolution. I HATE @cogeco with a fiery passion and would praise Start. But this is just taking so long to find a resolution it’s burning up the goodwill and experience that’s based on.

@cogeco guys, you MUST update your website for the outage. The phone IVR tells you there is an outage but nowhere online does it mention. As a former Cogeco employee, this is an ongoing issue that still hasn't been fixed since my tenure.
