Getting ridiculous now. Restarted modem many times now. Been on hold for 30 min for tech support yet again... #cogeco

Just got up here and spent 4 days escalating support tickets thru Cogeco to enable MSNBC which is in our package. I'm pretty sure it was off for all of Ontario. I should get royalties.

Been a customer for 25+ years and still have to make the annual call to get the bill and rate adjusted to latest promo. Such a bad business practice! Never (and with the state of Canada's telecom industry this is saying something) have I ever seen a more disorganized, complete MESS of a company. Impossible to deal with, terrible hours and their system is AWFUL.
