I HATE @cogeco with a fiery passion and would praise Start. But this is just taking so long to find a resolution it’s burning up the goodwill and experience that’s based on.

rj_tweety (@rj_tweety) reported@cogecohelps Not unusual at all in my experience. Thank god for Cbc streaming it without requiring the authentication from Cogeco like sportsnet does. When the message indicated it's a problem on your end I shouldn't need to call tech support.

This is the first time fibre has been cut in that area in the course of the time I've worked for them. I rarely see issues in Pembroke/Petawawa. My advice is to work with Cogeco as it's likely isolated to you.
