@cogeco @cogecohelps A 5 day turnaround is a poor show of customer service, considering how much you bill per month, you would think you would have more integrity in serving your clients

You then suggested I call tech support, who told me they can’t help me because I don’t have a cogeco account, and suggested I contact the cogeco customers and have them contact cogeco. Hilarious, because they whole problem is that I CAN’T CONTACT THEM, it bounces back as spam

How not to start a business relationship. A thread. Ordered Internet/TV service from @cogeco beginning of December for early January 4th. 3 confirmation emails tell me equipment will be shipped in time. No equipment as of today for switchover tomorrow.

@cogecohelps Our Cogeco DVR did not record the Doctor Who New Years special because it was marked as a repeat. Same with most episodes of Star Trek: Discovery this season. What's up with that? Can you fix it?

well finally cogeco got hacked by someone stealing internet in toronto shut down the province the police had to raid the place and the techs had to resume service it wasnt just me it was all cogeco in ontario

@cogecohelps hey cogeco the internet has gone up and down in Oakville over the last week... I see no outages but the problem keeps happening sporadically I see others have also inquired!!!! Can’t keep resetting Modem!!

@cogeco Why does the on demand only provide 8/10 episodes for NeXt while my friend who is a Bell customer has access to all 10 episodes? I’ve had to download the global app on my tablet to watch the final two episodes. Unhappy customer!

@raincoaster @npt_writes @papillon4444 I didn’t know Bell offered VOIP. Before I switched to Cogeco, I was getting internet, TV and home phone through the same hardline that I started with many years ago. I still got phone service during an outage.
