    @McMasterUTS is advising of an outage with the Cogeco network switch that is causing loss of connectivity with some of @McMasterU remote sites. Sites impacted: 96, 106 and 88 Forsyth, and Canadian Martyrs school. Cogeco is working to resolve the issue. Will update once resolved.

    @AlfredShamaon @cogeco It wouldn't be such an issue if Cogeco would report an outage since obviously there is no. If you look on their sites it still says no outage.

    @cogecohelps Apparently after a planned outage my router decided not to come back online. Buying a new one and will contact the office to get a new Cogeco modem. Ours is 8 to 10 years old and is also getting fussy. Thank you for your help.

    @draglikepull If I'm in a line of sight roughly perpendicular to a wall, I can get about 10m into my yard. Wouldn't try streaming video unless within 3m though. But any angle past about 30* and concrete basement wall kills signal. Modem in basement bc Cogeco won't lay cable To new rooms.

    Been without internet for 4 days and @cogeco @cogecohelps tech support said “they called” prior to arrival that was booked but canceled because we didn’t answer. We were home! Give me best alt. Niagara sevices for a house full of online streamers! #Pleaseretweet #Cogeco #dobetter
