    @cogecohelps Happy to say I almost never require support with Cogeco Internet. Seven months since we moved and got the service and it's wonderful.

    @erinotoole cogeco just informed me my rates are going up... 210/month for internet ,phone, and tv...that is on a customer discount for loyalty.. to me it's legalized stealing

    @cogeco I have been trying to get service hooked up since Sept 1st. Scheduled the service almost a month in advance. Still no service. I am an independent contractor who works online. I have now been on hold and transferred 2x today, ON the phone for 46min and counting.
