    Second @Cogeco Internet outage of the day, and it’s not even 9am yet. I’ve reset my modem multiple times. With 2 people working from home, this is more than just an inconvenience.

    @rcarrick Cogeco the worst . I have to book a minimum of 19 minutes on hold and another 15 minutes to resolve… and trust me, they have zero desire to resolve the problem

    @cogecohelps You know when the tree knocked down the power line we didn't have to phone Ottawa River Power to arrange an appointment for a technician! They came out automatically to fix it! Why isn't Cogeco doing the same?!
