Sport Junkie (@adrenalinehooks) reported@cogecohelps I shouldn't have to follow anyone and DM but sitting on hold for 1:14 is ridiculous!! The call is because of the Cogeco creep, every few months the bill goes up! Is there better service, obviously not. Loosing channels but prices keep going up. So damn frustrating!!

KNugent4118 ๐จ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฆ (@KNugent4118) reported@ClunekMarika @Rogers @RogersHelps Unfortunately we don't have Cogeco available in our area. Damn monopoly.

Carol LG (@niagaragolfgirl) reported@cogecohelps we are now in the middle of the 3rd outage weโve had today since noon hour. Whatโs going on? I pay $40/month for a Rogers mifi to back up my Cogeco internet when it goes out!

Griff0n (@_griff0n) reportedI helped my parents switch internet away from @cogeco because of the slow upload speed. Fifty megabits per second upload is slow. Seven months after switching to a competitor, a contracted technician with no signage on his van was rude and cut my father's two coaxial cables outside instead of unscrewing theirs and left almost a meter of coaxial on the line at the road. A month later, two Cogeco sales men showed up at supper time were audibly annoyed while asking why we switched to a competitor and offered "the highest speed" and did not want to say if the upload speed is close to a thousand megabits per second.

Judy Young McKeown๐จ๐ฆ๐บ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฆ๐บ๐ฆ (@JudyMcKeown1) reported@KNugent4118 @Rogers @RogersHelps We have had Rogers for cell service for almost 24 years but left Bell for Cogeco for internet. I wish I could say Iโm happy with either one. Make sure they credit you for time and services lost.

St. Mo๐บ๐ฆ๐ปโฎ๏ธ๐ (@saintmo12) reported@peggy_blair @FireAndIce48 I feel exactly the same way. Cogeco the exact same bs! It infuriates me. My mother's bill in one year went up 89%! I refuse to pay for cable, I have antenna tv, use locally owned internet provider with awesome service & a streaming service. These companies don't care about you.

Iqbal Faizer (@IFcomic) reported@Bell @cogeco For crying out loud, you started as a PHONE COMPANY, and now you can't even do that right, warning us the phone won't work if there's a power outage. Phones were better in the '90s because outages HAPPEN. I hate you, @MarkjCarney, for letting this happen.#CdnPoli Also #genocide.
