    @cogeco why is there been so many freakin’ outages in my area the last month?? Even if they’re in the middle of the night it’s starting to get ridiculous…its becoming a multiple times a week issue!

    @cogecohelps @cogeco @CRTCeng Anyone who hands out any PIN online is asking for trouble, I'm on hold with billing now to have them sort this mess out.

    So Aug 25 @cogeco emails to say they've increased my internet speeds AT NO CHARGE bc I'm such a good customer!! 2 days later another email says my rates are going up next month. Howzzat for good customer relations eh?🤦#mixedmessaging

    @cogecohelps We are fed up with the daily throttling of our internet "service"! As soon as we can, we will be gone to another ISP, never to return to Cogeco.

    Nice work @cogeco you are screwing us all with inflated billing rates again. Time to start shopping again because the substandard service, technology and customer service isn’t worth the rates. Ugh.

    @FusionOpz @StephaneFord @HHHydro I've only lost Cogeco when the damn lights go out, which seems like every time it rains a bit heavy.
