    @cogeco we have had pretty much no internet for the most two months. have called cogeco numerous times. Changed modems. Paid network specialist’s to come to the house and we still have no internet. Same with others on our street. Yet cogeco does nothing and offers nothing.

    @cogeco We are still without phone service this morning? Internet was restored around 4:45pm yesterday. Anyone else still without phone?

    @cogeco Do better! Internet keeps dropping for prolonged periods of time. Your customer service chat drops and we have to start all over, it’s impossible to talk to anyone (such a poor connection on your end that they ended the call). This is atrocious for what people pay.

    @shoegirl68 @Bell Ya I’d switched to cogeco for awhile, and then bell sucked me back with a deal too good to turn down.

    in the lobby of both bldgs in my complex b/c apt. residents to not get parcel delivery, despite the "door to door service fees" we pay. Cogeco, Bell, Rogers all have parcels sent here for many tenants....The Shopper's Drug Mart at the University Plaza, Dundas, ON is bad...
