  @cogeco @cogecohelps Been on hold for 2 hours and 26 minutes. I get there’s an outage but no one should ever be on hold for that long. I left Bell for their poor customer service and returned to Cogeco for this crap? This outage has been on since 7am!! Unheard of!!

  @cogeco @cogecohelps I have 4 boxes. The 3 that were on this morning are not working. The one that was off is working for now. I moved it to our main tv to watch football. The solution here is to pay for more boxes ;)
