    @cogeco What wrong with ur service its always disconnecting i cant even load a msg on X before i loose connection! tried to reach you via the internet but i loose my connection so What do i do exept calling and cancelling i pay for 1000 mb i get not even 150 mb and up load .4 mb!

    I thought @cogeco was the absolute worst service. I got suckered into it when I moved (not much competition) and got cogeco/epico. Epic fail. My advice people. expensive service. bad service. Patronizing customer service. stay away. @CTVWindsor

    @cogecohelps My COGECO Internet is not working. This is happening very often. Now even after repeated resets it still not working. Unable to contact support which keeps asking for personal ID number which is not provided. On the App the AI assistant is useless

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

    @Bell @cogeco @MarkJCarney You even admitted the temporary phone # should be working, but you don't want to fix it until you've excluded every remote possibility it's not your fault when IT'S YOUR DAMN FAULT. Also don't require verification codes to unsubscribe from marketing emails I never requested.
