    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogeco Anyone out there have trouble with Cogeco? We left Bell and went with them in Dec. Having nothing but problems. Live in southwestern Ontario. Any suggestions?

    @cogecohelps At Cogeco Eastgate Hamilton. Waiting 40 mins for service. One single clerk to serve customers. Poor service!!!

    @cogecohelps Why are you making this so hard? I live a hour and half from Detroit. I want to get the Detroit feed every night. Cogeco for some reason never puts on the Detroit feed. I know it is not Rogers's fault. The one night I complained. Cogeco during the game flipped to the Detroit feed
