    @cogeco I would like cogeco to fix the wiring that they have done to give connection to my neighbor. It has been there since May and he's been calling to fix the connection. I have to remove the tree that the wire is entwined with please take care of it cogeco .it is Sept now

    @TiBachlr @startca I did tech support before, but thank you :) there's an open ticket via Cogeco ETA is currently 4pm. I hope they didn't cut a line with all the road work by Independent on Dundas St E!

    @alectranews I’m on Hunter W. I have power but no internet, and Cogeco apparently can’t resolve that yet because it’s a hydro issue. 🙄

    @cogecohelps @cogeco correct me if if wrong but it's the service providers responsibility to stop spam calls as the CRTC regulations dictate? no call lists etc....

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Well, it's gonna take till Sunday, so that whole retention department quote of "stay with us for quick Cogeco service" is rather um, moot. But I also don't get much of a choice, now do I?

    My internet is ****. Cogeco has the shittiest internet service ever. Im sure glad i dont pay for it.
