    @cogecohelps @cogeco We literally just signed up a month ago, and we are supposed to be getting the best ‘value’. How do rates magically increase after 30 days? Especially when being told there was just a rate increase and they didn’t anticipate any. Very shady. Will be calling customer service.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco No thanx… it’s easy to say “DM us your concerns and we’ll look into them”, but that’s just PR crap to make it look like your interested in trying to fix issues. You have zero interest in fixing the problems when a customer calls your No Help Lines. As I said… I won’t go back

    @cogeco Worst company there is. Lousy service, lousy customer service, lousy streaming options, lousy products, … just lousy all around. Had it, dumped it, will never go back.

    @cogecohelps Today EAS showed up on my PVR box once again but the screen was black as before with no sound or messages. Nothing was done to fix this. My iPhone let me know it was an amber alert. Thanks for the useless EAS system Cogeco.

    Hey @cogecohelps @cogeco. New customer here. Why was I promised/paying for 1 Gig internet speed when I'm barely getting 5 mbps? I've reset modem and tv box at least 5 times in 2 days. Bell Fibe didn't even break a sweat to get 50+ mbps. #unacceptable

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I just moved from Bell to Cogeco (not my preference but new location couldn’t support Bell). Truly truly disappointed. Installed on Thursday and I’ve had no internet since. Not even including video calls for my meetings. So disappointed (using my mobile data)
