@cogeco Would be great if you could show some kindness to 3 of my neighbors and bury the cable serving my house which has lain across their lawns for 2 summers. Abysmal service despite repeated calls from myself and those neighbors.

@spug92 @cogecohelps @cogeco Some emails have gotten through, many others, no. I still haven't received test emails to myself from my gmail account. Spent an hour on the phone this morning and the rep said she will escalate the issue and someone will get back to me..So far, crickets.

@rrushinko @cogeco That's the weird thing with @cogeco, they have really good customer service for the most part. Not much waiting, very attentive. The issue is that whatever they do to fix the problem either doesn't work or the problem is only solved for a day or two max before it comes back.

Every couple of weeks, @cogeco likes to send someone to my house to try and convince me to change my internet service. Each time I explain that my internet is paid by my work, so I can't. It would be nice if they had a do not call list.
