    @CogecoAide @CRTCeng .Had to call😥 due to outage. Me; @cogeco says no outage. Rep; There are outages! Me; How will I know when it's 'really' up?". Rep; modem 'might' come back on properly. If not, reboot it. Spend day rebooting due to inaccurate reports? Rebooted 2x in 4hrs=na

    I don’t usually go on here to promote products but if you ever want internet that works sometimes and is out at least once a week then @cogeco is your guy I give them 6/7 stars, which is totally fair as their service only works 6/7 days

    @cogeco You really affected work from home people. Also - your customer service call centre is awful. Can’t get a hold of anyone.
